Before ordering, we specifically asked if some dishes could be made milder because of our dietary restrictions. We were assured they could accommodate & even received suggestions from the staff. Unfortunately, the food arrived exceptionally spicy, making it largely inedible for us despite the otherwise promising flavors.
?While the restaurant staff apologized, they didn't offer to replace the dishes, which was disappointing given our clear initial request. A small gesture of a complimentary mango popsicle was offered to me, but not to my husband, which felt inconsistent. Although the young lady serving us was pleasant, the overall experience fell short, especially considering the high cost for a meal we couldn't finish. I still took the leftovers home to avoid waste, but it was a regrettable outcome.
The cashier was so rude she doesn't know how to behave. You better teach her how to cater customers otherwise you guys will be in big trouble because many people have faced such issue with her & me personally & my friend will not visit again unless she know how to deal with the customer 🙂
Had nice time eating & good time with family in PC. Very well served by Anu. She was too polite & able to manage very well. We went for a lunch but ended up eating appetizers that were too tasty 😋. Always love to eat there… 10/10.
