I had the chicken tika masala
IT WAS FANTASTIC!!!!
Would definitely come back
Thanks to Anu who made the experience enjoyable:)
The food was delicious, we took the butter chicken & chicken fried rice & it was awesome. The staff was also super friendly & the ambiance was cozy & nice, definitely recommend!
Im quite picky when it comes to indian food, but this place had good ratings so we all said let's give it a try. I give it a 3.5/5.
I must say, the food was not the best but it wasn't bad either. The butter chicken didn't have the right flavour for any of us, it had a distinct taste from that spice they use, i guess they added too much of it. The lamb & naan bread were amazing & delicious, no complaints on that. The spinach / cheese was flavourless so we barely touched it.
Also our pitcher of beer was not good at all, beer was HOT so they added Ice in there, & since we paid for it, we forced ourselves to drink it but we left almost half of it, it was just not it. Hot beer is never good.
I must say our waitresses made the service pleasant, they were super nice & friendly throughout our visit.
I would give it another try, they had other choices on the menu I wanted to taste & sometimes the first time isn't the best impression.
Terrible service & terrible food (chicken tikka masala, chicken noodles, dahi puri). Dahi puri tasted like it was made with sweetened yogurt. Chicken tikka masala was mostly raw onion & raw peppers. Staff did not care at all that we couldn't finish our meals. Avoid.
Everything was absolutely delicious, all was perfectly cooked & the chicken was SUPER tender which we all absolutely loved & enjoyed. Will def come again!

What sort of restaurant doesn't have menus? We were shown one on a telephone but we were 3 older ladies & none of us could read the small print. To my shame I lost my temper & asked aggressively for a menu. We were then given one but it was heavy in chicken & paneer {cheese} with no other real choices so we left. I don't know if the food was good but, no menus! Seriously?
service is very good. Food is very tasty specially paneer butter masala & butter chicken
We ordered chicken & paneer parathas - absolutely delicious! The chicken was crispy on the outside, soft inside, & perfectly mild. Thanks for the amazing food!
Best indian food ive tried in mtl!! Staff is very very friendly. I go there at least once a month since last april. Food quality & taste is very consistent & very affordable. I usually get the lamb curry & butter chicken with butter naan & samosas. The thali is a really good option if you go before 5. Worth every penny & I will keep going there!!!
I recently tried chole bhature at this place, & I must say it was absolutely delicious! The bhature were perfectly fluffy & crisp, while the chole had a rich, flavorful gravy with just the right balance of spices. It was definitely a standout dish that I would highly recommend. However, I was quite disappointed with the butter chicken & kadhai chicken. The flavors were decent, but the quality of the chicken itself was not up to the mark. It felt like the chicken was made two days before, as the texture was off & lacked freshness. This really took away from the overall experience, which was quite disappointing considering the otherwise great food. Overall, if you're looking for a good chole bhature experience, this place is worth visiting, but the chicken dishes might not meet expectations.
Great food! Definitiely recommend the butter chicken, paneer tikka masala & garlic naan
I am very dissatisfied with the food. It was extremely spicy, & the first bite felt unbearable. I went to this restaurant yesterday for lunch with a friend. I specifically asked for non-spicy food & emphasized several times that I cannot tolerate spicy food. Despite that, the first dish they brought was incredibly chili-hot. They replaced it, but even after the change, the food was still very spicy. The server mentioned that their dishes are typically even spicier. I had to drink a lot of water & eat only bread to cope with the burning sensation in my mouth & throat. After two more attempts, they finally brought a non-spicy dish, but the quality of the chicken was very poor. I have never eaten such low-quality food in my life. I could NOT even tell which part of the chicken was used. To sum it up, I could have gotten much better food for half the price I paid. I wasted money & experienced a great deal of discomfort. I will never, ever go to this restaurant again. ☹🙁😕
Not Sure what happened this restaurant was my favourite spot to eat in Montreal this is my 4th visit but this time. Taste & Quantity both were low. naan were soft, Butter chicken$16 had barely 4 pieces of chicken, Malai kofta same issue very less quantity comparative to price you pay for it.. Mix Veg was the worst I had in long time full of salt unnecessary spicy too.. please bring back the Original taste. Very disappointed ☹️
The decor was colorful & inviting, with traditional Punjabi elements that added to the overall charm. The seating was comfortable, & the restaurant was clean & well-maintained. Service: The staff Harman was incredibly attentive & friendly. They were knowledgeable about the menu & made excellent recommendations. The service was prompt, & we never felt rushed or neglected. Food: The highlight of the evening was, of course, the food. We started with the tandoori chicken which was bursting with flavor. The main course was equally impressive. The portion sizes were generous, making it great value for money.
Best Service from the staff. Very personalised & good quality food. Must Try Butter Chicken & Thali. Thank you Team. Best Cook & staff here. Sending lots of love to the owner for making sure service is up to the mark ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Surprisingly food was as good as brampton. I dont need to drive to Brampton for Punjabi food again. Chicken tikka was one of the best i have had in Canada.
Tandoori chicken was real bad. Puri Channa was below average. Malai chaap was average.
Lamb curry is so sticky & hard .butter naan made by unprofessional person it's hard to eat.we are regular customers but quality is very low.& prices are increased.we told receptionist to prepare grilled chicken nicely as my husband throw in garbage last time but again they make it no good. We are totally disappointed. I don't recommend to anybody to eat there.
