We had a nice evening at Pub Jelly overall. The food was mostly excellent-the beef tartare was absolutely delicious, & the octopus was also perfectly cooked & very tasty. Unfortunately, the potatoes were a bit of a letdown as they were overcooked, which surprised us since a friend had them before & remembered them being much better.

We also tried one of the pizzas, & sadly, it really missed the mark. The one with sour cream just didn't work for us flavor-wise-I wouldn't recommend it.

As for the service, while the staff was friendly & respectful, the experience felt a bit slow. We waited a long time before being able to order & before receiving our drinks, & we had to remind them about the octopus, which had been forgotten. It may have just been a busy night, but the delays stood out.

That said, the highlights on the menu made the visit worthwhile, & we'd consider coming back to try a few different things.Voir plus

Food is absolutely amazing. The octopus, mortadella pizza & oysters were just 1 of a kind. Marie Suzanne's services was so pleasant & friendly, she made great food recommendations & made us feel right at home.Voir plus

Thank you so much Loic & Riley. (Sorry if I spelled your names wrong). Our experience at pubjelly was top shelf! Very friendly staff, amazing ambience & wow, the food was unreal. Do yourself a favour & order whatever Riley is making & don't forget to have the octopus, it is the best I have ever had, & I have eaten a lot of octopus! All over the world, & nobody can beat this one. We'll be back.Voir plus
