pub(121) drink(102) pie(80) recommend(62) brunch(52) cocktail(49) pot(48) chicken(46) beer(41)Great spot for lunch! Fast, friendly service, prices ok (for Old Montreal, anyway). I ordered the chicken pot pie, & it was very good. The sauce was maybe missing a kick (more white wine, maybe?), but the portion was generous & filled with juicy, tender chicken & the pastry was phenomenal. Some kind of side (steamed veg, green salad) would have been welcome for the price. Nonetheless, highly recommended!Voir plus
Pleasant experience. Very delicious food & great atmosphere. Cyder beer tastes greatVoir plus
Atmosphere: Lovely, it's like eating in a restaurant from the 1700-1800s. Food: Amazing, everything was fresh & apparently it's made from scratch. Yes, they bake their own bread. They buy raw ingredients & make everything from square 0. Service: Anastasia was our waitress & she provided outstanding service :)Voir plus
Chicken pot pie is heavenly. Feels like a warm hug on a cold day. BravoVoir plus
The atmosphere is good & the staff is friendly. The beer & food are delicious. There is construction going on around here, so parking is inconvenient.Voir plus
Service & atmosphere were fine. The food was very underwhelming. Drinks were quite pricey, but for the area I guess that makes sense. The inside is very busy & hot, but the outdoors has nicer seating.Voir plus
Great pub with amazing beer & food! We tried a fishermen pot pie & it was delicious, highly recommend!Voir plus
Great ambiance & location in Old Montreal. Food was average & on par for pub food. Service was below average. We ordered two drinks & two mains & were sat for hours. It was very hard to get the attention of the staff & the food took over an hour to prepare.Voir plus
Loved the experience. I will be back for The Chicken Pot Pie ❤️ Loved their cocktails. On point 👉Voir plus
Lovely pub atmosphere & decor. The best Chicken Pot Pie i've ever had.Voir plus
This is a must in the old Montreal area. The drinks are great & the food is always good. Whether you're going for a quick bite, a drink, a dessert or whatever you're in the mood for, this place never disappoints.Voir plus
I'm never disappointed. It's a great place to have a drink or just a nice meal.Voir plus
Superb food, pork chop was amazing. Great beer & wine, & they were super helpful finding us a good spot to eat with kids on a busy service day. A great meal!Voir plus
The chicken pot pie is the best I've ever tried. It was suggested by the man seating next to us & he said it was his favorite chicken pot pie & that he went to this place every week to have it. He was right, it was amazing, & the price was fair considering the amount of food. We also had drinks (Lysa is a must try) & the smoked sturgeon as an appetizer, which was really good as well. It gets pretty crowded, but it was easy to get a table for two (Thursday dinner) & the service was so lovely they even managed to get us a table in the backyard, which is adorable!Voir plus
Quick, friendly, welcoming & expert service. The staff were wonderful, even explicitly searching for specific merch sizes for us at the end of our visit. The food was really great; every dish we had was interesting, presented well & flavourful, & the right amount of food. We are from out of town & visited on a recommendation from others. The restaurant is in a lovely old building in Old Montreal, with stone walls, fireplace, & different rooms, allowing for different table configurations. The atmosphere was lovely, the food & service was impeccable. The restaurant was not too noisy or too crowded, the seating was comfortable, the temperature was perfect inside & it was an all-around great experience.Voir plus
My favourite pub in Montréal. I eat here every time I visit. Had to finally leave a five star review because the pork chop & salad I had tonight was the best meal I've ever had in a restaurant!!Voir plus
Really cool place for evening drinks & a bite to eat with good music. On the night we did have a significant wait on the food which we were not informed about but it was fine. The potted chicken, fish pie were good but the fries which accompanied the house burger were burnt which was a shame as they were nicely seasoned. Price wise probably a bit pricey for what is obviously pub food but the venue dictates that to some extent.Voir plus
Had the W&W burger this time & wasn't disappointed. We always buy their savoury pies in the winter--they're to die for!Voir plus
Good spot for drinks, whether you want to be on your own, on a date or with a group of friends, cool vibes.Voir plus
