This place was great! The beer was good & the atmosphere was so fun!
Make sure to specify cocktail if that's what you're getting as the have alcoholic versions of some.Voir plus
Stopped in for a beer. Their Cream Ale was very good.Voir plus
Had a few beers with a friends of mine. The server let me taste test one which was nice of them. They provided a clean & well maintained facilities too.
The beer was great & had nitrogen infused options 👍🏻!
The street in front of the business is being maintained so they might be suffering a bit from that.Voir plus
My wife & I & two other couples met for a pre-Christmas brunch at Wolf & Workman Pub on St. Paul Street in Old Montreal. The first thing you notice is the décor of the pub, it's has a beautiful interior with lots of dark wood, stone walls, polished brass & red leather seating, It really is a beautiful restaurant. Wolf & Workman has a unique combination of British & Quebecois food, fused in unique combinations. We ordered from the brunch menu & I had the W&W burger, which is a very generous burger portion coupled with hand cut fries. The Pub added an additional spicy mayo to the burger dish which was excellent. My wife ordered the crunchy sucrine salad with pesto with an additional order of chicken. She said it was excellent. The service at W&W was excellent & the Pub is equipped with a wide range of beer, wine & liquors for even the eclectic palate. Non-alcoholic options are available as well. Eating at Wolf & Workman was really a wonderful experience & one we would recommend to anyone visiting Old Montreal. A special shout-out to our server Chantal who was absolutely excellent!Voir plus
We came here for a birthday celebration & had a great time. Amazing beer & spirits selection (they have some 20 types of gin on offer). Friendly, efficient service & fun atmosphere. Would highly reccommend!Voir plus
We visited here on a Friday night. The place was pretty busy but we managed to get a spot outside. It was chilly out, but they had heat lamps to make it comfortable. The menu was big, but not overwhelming. The staff was very attentive & quickly took & served the order. The food & beer were phenomenal. The patio atmosphere was super cozy & made you feel like you were on a mini vacation. I would highly recommend a visit here & will certainly make a stop my next time in Montreal.Voir plus
Dandy pub! Great service & beers. We had pork croquettes & a burger, both awesome.Voir plus
We went for brunch & the food was delicious Service was ok no complaints...they were out of a few beers but except that it was a great experience.. The ambiance of the old British pub is excellent..Voir plus
Popped in for a snack & a beer during the 5 à 7. Had a local beer which was quite good & shared the salmon tartare which was also quite good. Service was pretty good until we were trying to get the bill when it seemed tough to get our server to come over. Minor inconvenience so it didn't negatively impact our time there.Voir plus
Pleasant experience. Very delicious food & great atmosphere. Cyder beer tastes greatVoir plus
The atmosphere is good & the staff is friendly. The beer & food are delicious. There is construction going on around here, so parking is inconvenient.Voir plus
Great pub with amazing beer & food! We tried a fishermen pot pie & it was delicious, highly recommend!Voir plus
Superb food, pork chop was amazing. Great beer & wine, & they were super helpful finding us a good spot to eat with kids on a busy service day. A great meal!Voir plus
Great atmosphere & music. Great stop for a beer & break.Voir plus
This place has a very nice vibe to it, drinks are good & the food is even better. Although, a greater variety of beer would be highly appreciated.Voir plus
Less options on beers that I would have liked. However the food more than compensate. Swordfish was simple amazing.Voir plus
Great atmosphere & friendly, helpful bartenders with a jawdropping choice of beers, wines & cocktails. We only stopped their briefly, so didn't have a chance to try the food.Voir plus
Nice pub but I was surprised no Belgian ales. Very poor service from our waiter. after he brought our beer & realized we weren't ordering food he avoided us. We had to flag another waiter to bring our check.Voir plus
Really cool little pub right behind the basilica, Friendly staff, good price beer (for the location) & excellent food. Burgundy lion pub group. Especially loved the escargot toast. Super pub en arrière de la basilique notre dame. Service amicable, bière à bon prix, & nourriture délicieuse. Le toast au escargot est fantastic! Pub du groupe burgundy lion.Voir plus

We came to Wolf & Workman all 3 days we were in Montreal. Excellent & friendly service. Really good cocktails & beer & really delicious food - the chicken pot pie is a must! Every time we were greeted with a smile & efficient seating, even at their busiest. Highly recommend stopping in for a drink or meal if you're in Old Montreal!!Voir plus
The AAA Canadian Beef Hanger Steak was SO good!! If you're looking for a spot to do your steak right, you must try this!! The meat was fresh & the gravy to accompany was spot on. They have a lovely range of coctails, beers & great wine list to choose from. The ambiance is lively, loud & pleasing to the eye. Was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The waiters are attentive & helpful. We really enjoyed our visit. Keep up the great work 😊Voir plus
The Britophile in me greatly appreciated the vibes & fare on offer. I'm especially fond of the range of beers the pub boasted, with Burgundy Lion Ale & Bishop Special Bitter being faves of mine.Voir plus
Went on a Saturday night. Was pretty full, but got seated more or less straight away. Good selection of beers & cocktails. Friendly servers. Playing retro dance music, but quietly enough that you could still have a conversation. Would definitely return.Voir plus
Food was excellent, beer also & the service was top notch. Couldn’t ask for betteVoir plus
This is a gastropub not fine dining. The beer is well priced & high quality, we did not have wine. For entree we had the croquettes, pleasant & timely, there are three so a nice nibble for two. We shared the beef pie which had a great taste, tasty onions & gravy. It would be nice to have a veggie side dish too.
It is a pub with moderate pub noise of people having fun.
