Really cool place for evening drinks & a bite to eat with good music. On the night we did have a significant wait on the food which we were not informed about but it was fine. The potted chicken, fish pie were good but the fries which accompanied the house burger were burnt which was a shame as they were nicely seasoned. Price wise probably a bit pricey for what is obviously pub food but the venue dictates that to some extent.View more

Fantastic spot for high level pub grub, with traditional flair. The Full English is a great start to my day, & their array of meat pies & hearty ales, is a perfect end to mine. I had a great time at Wolf & Workman. I got a delicious & filling chicken pot pie. Lucy & Samantha were both incredibly kind & helpful. They even found the 2024 Canadian women's Olympic gold medal volleyball final match that I really wanted to watch.View more

Gastropub with an English-Deutsche feel to it. Nice interior, great service. Food menu is not big but is of quality, had the best chicken pot pie I've had in the city here. This place has a fun atmosphere, a good casual but clean hangout in the Old Port.View more

Came here for the chicken pot pie & it did not disappoint. My cream ale was good & my mom's pimm's cup was the best we had in Montreal. Lunch on a wednesday wasn't too busy. It was a great lunch in a beautiful restaurant & I'll be back next time I'm in Montreal.View more

Great spot with excellent food & nice drinks. The prices are good compared to other pubs & restaurants in the area. The food is very tasty. Everything we tried was delicious. The salad definitely surprised us in a positive way. The chicken pot pie, the soup, & the hummus platter are also excellent, but the salad is very special. The service was excellent as well.View more

What a fun Montréal infused British pub! Excellent service. The porc croquettes were a pleasant surprise, & the chicken pot pie was crazy good! The small dessert menu included the sticky toffee pudding like some we enjoyed in England. We had several delicious cocktails.View more

Wow. Just Wow. So happy that we ducked into this pub last night. I highly recommend the beef stroganoff pie & a pint of the eponymous cream ale. There were many other items on the menu which I hope to try on future visits to Montreal.View more

Bustling environment with large dining space. Service prompt. We elected for the two pies on the menu, the chicken pot & the fisherman's pie. Both were fantastic. The fisherman's pie is more of a shepherd's pie style with a mash potato top. It was really tasty.View more

Awesome pub!!! Vibrant bar, really cozy dining area that can accommodate large groups, outdoor courtyard, the staff is like hanging with your best friends, cocktails are spot on, Gabby mixes drinks on & off the menu, Lucy will always greet you with her beautiful smile ( & a hug if you're lucky), Danny will always find you a spot even when the places is packed!!! While visiting Montreal we met with some friends who suggested Pub Wolf & Workman & I'm delighted that we chose to eat here. Cozy atmosphere when you enter & the back patio is a dreamy escape from the city outside. The chicken pot pie was humongous but delectable! I wish I could have it for dinner every night. Great vibe. What an amazing pub! Absolutely blown away by my experience here. I ordered the chicken pot pie as I was recommended to try their pies. & I can truely say the pies do not disappoint! It was delicious, perfectly seasoned & the crust was so flakey & perfectly baked. I almost burned my mouth because the flavours were so good I couldn't wait for the pie to cool (Definitely a good problem to have). The service was also excellent! Despite not having a reservation we were seated quickly & our server was extremely friendly & made us feel like we had been going to the pub for years. I felt so welcome & that totally made my experience an unforgettable one. The atmosphere of the pub is great, I felt like I was transported to England. Warm & cozy, it felt how a true pub should feel. If you are ever in the area I 100% recommend going, you will love the food & it will feel like a special meal for sure!View more

via LibroMy daughter had the chicken pot pie & I had the beef stroganoff pot pie. Both were amazing but the clear winner was the beef pie. Possibly the best thing I've ever tasted. The stone interior was beautiful. The server was very busy, as it's a popular place so we had to flag her down to get the bill. She did come by once to see how the food was. I highly recommend this place.
via LibroWe came here for dinner because so many restaurants have the same menu. This one offered something different. We had the chicken pot pie & the seafood pie. Both were excellent. Portions are huge. Very good value. Our server was attentive & friendly. Very cozy spot by the window even though it started to get loud (party of 10 seated next to us). Highly suggest reservations. It filled up quickly.
