Cozy, but great atmosphere. Friendly staff, good drinks. All without the douchey-ness of some of the clubs in the area.
Edit: Had a reservation for 11:00 Reservation window ended at 11:15. I called at 11:12 to let them know we were delayed by traffic & were going to arrive at 11:17. Honestly, it was 2 minutes & we were almost there. Was told not to bother, my table was being given to someone else. I get guarding against no-shows, but I actually called to let them know we were almost there. Very disappointed. I tell everyone I know about this bar. No longer. Avoid this place - they do not appreciate repeat customers.View more
It was late, we wanted a pub to eat & drink. We got there & we could already tell we wanted in. The atmosphere right away is pleasant & vivacious with staff milling about helping customers in a pleasant way. There weren't any seats available when we got there but after a few minutes gave us a reserved table that likely punked out on them. Great beer selection, some microbrewery choices. It was late so our selection of food was with classic pub fare, which we were more than happy with.View more
View more
Went there for drinks. The bartender was hypnotic on how he made the drinks. Great service, unique drinks. Returned the following day for brunch & it was delicious.View more
The main pub was packed with a long line to get in, but we were able to sit at the upstairs bar. Great old world atmosphere. More quaint & intimate than downstairs. Better for a date night than downstairs, but downstairs was more lively. Wonderful drinks & attentive bartenders.View more
PSB is a place to go for casual drinks & late food & ambiance of a British pub. I have yet to do brunch here but heard good things. The staff are super friendly, engaging, the atmosphere is awesome, always thriving. As a Brit living in Canada, it's definitely a place to feel at home!
The burger here is so good however, I will say the fish & chips is a let down, for 30$, you get a very, very small portion. Not the classic British fish n chips!View more
Very cozy & busy! The food & drinks were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the dessert I went there for was all gone. That was a huge bummer for me, but everything else was incredible.View more
Awesome food, awesome drinks & awesome atmosphere! What more could you ask for?View more
2 separate visits while visiting Montreal. The first was a 5* all the way. Service - we were made to feel welcome right away, the atmosphere was charming & warm, the company was the absolute best [my husband & son] & food, wow! The most delicious combo, grilled lobster/ grere sandwich with a spicy tomato bisque. The second visit, I was not welcomed at all. It was busy due to a trivia night which was obviously for the local crowd & everyone was very much engaged. There was 1 duece available but I was told that it was held for 8pm which was 40 minutes away. I almost had to beg to use it for 30 minutes so I could enjoy a drink & re-think where to go for dinner. It's unfortunate that the young man that greeted me didn't want to think of that option. I left after about 30 minutes, so did not eat.View more
After a day of wandering around as a tourist in the old port & indulging in some drinks, we needed some poutine. Pub St Pierre had delicious poutine, a variety of beer, & great atmosphere. I like the nautical tattoo themed decor. Tip- get some shrimp on the poutine!View more
Avoid if you are a vegetarian or vegan. Very less food options for vegetarian/vegan. Ambience was good, might go for a drink or two.View more
Pub Saint-Pierre is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm & inviting atmosphere that perfectly blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The staff is incredibly friendly & attentive, making you feel right at home. The menu is a delightful mix of classic pub fare & innovative dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Their craft beer selection is top-notch, offering something for every palate. Whether you're there for a casual lunch, a hearty dinner, or just drinks with friends, Pub Saint-Pierre delivers an exceptional experience every time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy great food, drinks, & ambiance!View more
Went there twice. Overcrowded & way overpriced but the food is good. (Also the drinks are very small...)View more
Smaller pub but great variety of drink options to try. Had the poutine & thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a busy evening so a bit tough to get the servers attention but they were all very nice. I'd definitely come back to try more food options here.View more
Great place to hang out for a few drinks. Friendly staff.View more
Beautiful atmosphere, amazing menu's & the food is perfect.Arthur will make you any drink imaginable & is a great host...Just best place in town for a little chilling!View more
We were sat in a nice booth area at the back of the bar. The vibes were vibing, the music was slapping. The table next to us had some mothers gone wild who hated us, loved us, wanted us to get married & drink their breast milk all at once. It was a night like no other, would recommend to a friend.
Small but very nice pub with great drinks, full menu, decent food & friendly service.View more
Fantastic & friendly service. Great food & drinks. Throwback playlist gives great vibes.View more
Good place for drinks. Steak was good, other meals were okay. They were out of a few things on the menu.View more
Hayley was our waitress, extremely knowledgeable about menu, drinks, even landmarks to vist around town. Her service went above & beyond. She apologized about Irish Stout not available because of technical difficulties but made great suggestions. You could see the team here was synchronized with one another, bringing water when bottles were empty, cleaning tables & still offering a smile & a laugh. Did not disappoint on a very busy night.
Great atmosphere. Good drinks. Pub food. (I got the fish & salad which were great... stole fries others.) Servers were hustling. We were relaxed & had a great evening!
The reasons I did not give 5 stars are as follow:
1- I made a reservation online about 1 hour before I showed up on their website. When I arrived I was told they did not have my reservation & the place was full for the night. After a bit of negotiation I was able to get a table for 1.5hr only as long as I was out after that time :(
2- It is overpriced for the quantity of food & a beer is 8$, drink is 14$ during the happy hour :( also they charged 8$ to add grilled beef to your plate but the quantity is about one bite of beef. (32$ for a poutine with beef)
Other than that the place is cosy & clean.
Staff are friendly
they speak both French & English.
Drinks are good but food is not so great especially with the price they charge you .. Mediocre service. Deco is nice.
Such a great place! The vibe, the service, the food & drinks were really well done. We were a big group (most had never been before) & we're all very impressed & look forward to coming back. Great job & highly recommend!
Love this pub! It was my 2nd time, & the warm welcoming service was felt again, proving it's an absolute coup de coeur. Looking forward to going back again soon. Delicious drinks & food, too.
