"The drinks and food were great however the server dropped the fries and blamed it on us saying "I thought you were holding it". I've worked in the restaurant business for years and this is unacceptable, just say sorry and replace it. I would have given the fries free of charge as we also had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes."
