Welcome to Pub BreWskey, the neighborhood pub in Old Montreal!
Initiated by three friends passionate about gastronomy, beer, and whisky, the BreWskey project came to life in 2015 with the opening of its first establishment. Focusing on our house-brewed beers, a refined selection of whiskies, and comforting pub cuisine, our pub embodies the simplicity of the principle that we offer you the products and service we would appreciate as customers. At the pub, you have access to our on-site brewed beers through 20 draft lines, in addition to a wide selection of carefully chosen whiskies and other premium spirits. Our pub, the most "intimate" among our three locations, provides a warm atmosphere perfect for small groups. In the summer, enjoy our spacious terrace on Saint-Paul Street and soak in the atmosphere of Old Montreal!

View more
Portion généreuseView more
View more
We got into Montreal yesterday driving from Southern Ontario for a Bachelorette. We were a party of 5 & I made a note on the reservation that it was for a bachelorette. We got in a little bit later than we had hoped so called the pub to move our reservation from 7:00 to 7:30. Whoever I spoke to on the phone wasn't too thrilled about us pushing our reservation, but there was nothing we could do about that unfortunately. We were escorted to a nice booth upstairs.
When we arrived our server was making rude comments & little jabs at us. He seemed annoyed with us for some reason (we assume because we pushed our reservation, or potentially because we were English speaking). We ordered beers & an app. When the app came he just dropped it off & started to walk away immediately. We all wanted another round of beers so I was able to catch him before he walked off but he didn't check with anyone else if they wanted another beer. He came back with my beer & tried to walk away again when 2 other girls were able to ask for another beer before he walked off again. When he came back with those beers he tried to walk off AGAIN when the bride asked for another. He gave her some attitude in a'joking' way. We finished our app & waited & waited… he cleaned tables around us, gave other people service & never even came back to take our entree order. I had to go up & speak to him to get him to come over & take our order (I will add I'm a waitress back home in Ontario). I politely acknowledged that we were late, but I had called, I said he seemed to be upset with us & not giving us good service. I said we are just trying to have a good time & we are not. Truthfully we wanted to take our business elsewhere but it was 8:30 by this point & we were very hungry. He promptly came back & took our order & gave us better service afterwards but he was not'friendly' at all. You could tell he was very upset by the situation. The regulars that were there were having a great time with him & he was giving them far superior service that we received.
The food was EXCELLENT & came out very quickly after we ordered. Downstairs seemed to have a much better vibe & we wish we had been able to eat down there.
I am very easy going & not hard to please at all, but the rude comments & lack of service especially on a very special weekend was VERY disappointing.View more
Nice little pub. We didn't eat but we had drinks. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. The drinks were top notch.View more
BreWskey is a fantastic spot with a classic pub atmosphere, great service, & amazing food. Hands down the best poutine we've ever had as Torontonians. Highly recommend!View more
The brewskey as a brand offer a great & wide experience since they have under the same roof 3 differents commerces.
The annexe for the smoked meat, the beer & the merchandise, the Pub with their pub menu & a wide selection of whiskey & their restaurant the Taproom.
Whatever you are looking for, you'll found it & it's all signed Brewskey.View more
OMG, did we ever need to find this place. We were visiting during the F1 racing week & decided to take a walk to Old Montreal & down Rue Notre Dame & around. We found Pub Brewsky pretty much when my feet were giving out & a local craft beer was the only thing to save them. We also grabbed snack before continuing on our way. Lovely patio & great setting on a hot summer evening.View more
Cozy warm pub! Beer was great as well as the beer smoothie! Nachoes was delicious although I wish it was a little bigger.View more
Very cute pub! It also has great indoor & outdoor sitting options (if the weather allows of course!) We had the juice beers & ABSOLUTELY loved it. Specially the mango found a special place in my heart. Very unique & very delicious! I also had a sours flight once & loved that one too! We also had chicken wings which was okay. not bad not great :D The fries were delicious tho!!View more
Microbrewery in Old Port area, right under the Bonsecour market. Has three spaces that are connected - a restaurant/pub & two brewery-style seating. Pub has food & will also do beer flights. Beers are great, with some really fun flavors. We loved their peanut butter stout & mango sour. We felt that their NEIPA's weren't very hoppy. Food is very much like bar food - fried stuff, nachos, burgers, & poutines. Great flavors & a fun place to hangout.View more
We discovered this place our first night in town & loved it so much that we returned every day on our 6-day trip! Loved the vibe. We chose to sit at the bar but the table seating looked very cozy. The food all smelled & looked great. We only ate there twice but ended up getting the same both times: wings w spicy honey for dipping & sweet potato waffle fries w some sort of remoulade. So tasty! Drink selection was awesome, especially for us tourists looking for local brews. The best part was the service. We befriended a few of the bar tenders & servers during our time & they were all very friendly--& really skilled at their craft! They were also open during the holidays! The business has two other spaces, but we preferred to sit at the bar in the pub. I will recommend this place to anyone making a trip to Montreal!View more
Excellent pub in Old Montreal. It has a nice comfortable vibe & that puts you at ease right away. Entrance is down a rather steep set of stairs under the indoor market. Note there are three restaurants including the pub we went to. They all serve their delicious home brewed beer. The Vienna Larger quenched my pallet. Menu was comfort food, tasty but nothing to write home about. The cocktails were really at another level all together. & service was perfect!!View more
Nice pub with a variety of beers brewed. The food was good as well. Definitely recommended for a nice time at Vieux Port.View more
We stopped into this charming pub after exploring the area for a bit, & it was such a great find! The pub has two floors & brews its own beer, which you can see in action. We ordered the poutine & a couple of beers, & everything was fantastic. The poutine was delicious-the gravy was rich & flavorful, the cheese curds had that perfect squeak, & the fries stayed wonderfully crispy. We added smoked chicken & onion rings, both of which were cooked to perfection. It was a bit pricey but well worth it. For drinks, we tried a lager & a stout, & both were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was laid-back & casual, with friendly & attentive staff who made the experience even better. We'd love to come back during the summer on our next trip to MontréalView more
Make reservations! Otherwise, you WILL not find a spot. Went on a Friday night (party of 4). It was tasty! The smashed burgers, poutine, nachos & bacon app were on our menu. It was delicious. We even got a taste test try of one of their most popular beers. The service was great, the atmosphere is pub like, the food was delicious & it was a fun casual vibe. Will try again!View more
We're moving to Old Montreal next month & this will be our local pub.View more
BreWskey Pub! I've been here more than once in my journey to Montreal, I gotta say it's very good especially for beer lovers they have more beer options, they do have cocktails & whiskey options though. If you're going to the bathroom it's upstairs , it's a pretty big place connecting another bar upstairs. Definitely recommend going with a group or alone , great staff overallView more
Nice pub with a great selection of locally brewed beers.View more
View more
Fantastic brew pub in great area. Truly one of the best breweries that I've ever been to. Amazing, unique beer! Great food! Great service! Go here, enjoy the old port patio vibes!View more
View more
View more
Even though they're known for their home made beer, they also make an excellent Negroni with the perfect amount of bitters. Unfortunately, the drink was a bit overpriced at over 20 bucks after tax. BreWskey Pub comes highly recommended & it seems to be one of the better options in Old Montreal. They have an extensive beer list, nice cozy atmosphere & decent service. The outdoor patio makes this place very appealing in the summer, & inside is surprisingly expansive, divided onto several floors. I hear there's even live music at times. Check out their beer factory on site!View more
