About us
Welcome to Pub BreWskey, the neighborhood pub in Old Montreal!
Initiated by three friends passionate about gastronomy, beer, and whisky, the BreWskey project came to life in 2015 with the opening of its first establishment. Focusing on our house-brewed beers, a refined selection of whiskies, and comforting pub cuisine, our pub embodies the simplicity of the principle that we offer you the products and service we would appreciate as customers. At the pub, you have access to our on-site brewed beers through 20 draft lines, in addition to a wide selection of carefully chosen whiskies and other premium spirits. Our pub, the most "intimate" among our three locations, provides a warm atmosphere perfect for small groups. In the summer, enjoy our spacious terrace on Saint-Paul Street and soak in the atmosphere of Old Montreal!

Had the best drinks & charcuterie here.
The tropical brew juice was the best blend of juice & IPA I've ever had. The charcuterie was so fresh & had their own homemade beef jerky.

This place is stupidly good! The drinks were top-notch (so good, I also hit up the annex to get some to go). The appetizers were delicious. Special shout out to the jalepeno poppers. The beer cheese, panko breading, & salsa all had so much flavour. Together they were just an entire flavour musical! The bacon jerkey was also legit. The service was also impeccable. If I lived here I would be a regular. Thanks to everyone who made it awesome!View more

This is a great find in the old port. My friend recommended this place for my going away drinks as he is always looking for a reason to come here, & now I can see why, it's sad I only discovered this place in my finals days in Montréal.
The drinks & food were exceptional (I couldn't stop ordering!), & I love that the establishment is separated into different areas so you can have different experiences each time in regards to drink, food & just general vibe.View more

Nice restaurant. Since main restaurant was full we were sent to the secondary restaurants. It had a nice view of the brewery & cozy area. Poutine was good & so were the drink options. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Would visit again.View more

We discovered this place our first night in town & loved it so much that we returned every day on our 6-day trip! Loved the vibe. We chose to sit at the bar but the table seating looked very cozy. The food all smelled & looked great. We only ate there twice but ended up getting the same both times: wings w spicy honey for dipping & sweet potato waffle fries w some sort of remoulade. So tasty! Drink selection was awesome, especially for us tourists looking for local brews. The best part was the service. We befriended a few of the bar tenders & servers during our time & they were all very friendly--& really skilled at their craft! They were also open during the holidays! The business has two other spaces, but we preferred to sit at the bar in the pub. I will recommend this place to anyone making a trip to Montreal!View more

We stopped into this charming pub after exploring the area for a bit, & it was such a great find! The pub has two floors & brews its own beer, which you can see in action. We ordered the poutine & a couple of beers, & everything was fantastic. The poutine was delicious-the gravy was rich & flavorful, the cheese curds had that perfect squeak, & the fries stayed wonderfully crispy. We added smoked chicken & onion rings, both of which were cooked to perfection. It was a bit pricey but well worth it. For drinks, we tried a lager & a stout, & both were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was laid-back & casual, with friendly & attentive staff who made the experience even better. We'd love to come back during the summer on our next trip to MontréalView more

Great microbrewery in old town Montreal! The peanut oatmeal stout was delicious & very creamy. The food was quite tasty as well! My partner & I got the fried pickles, buffalo chicken wings, ribs, & vegetarian philly sandwich. The ribs were so tender & fell off the bone. The portion sizes were very generous; we definitely made the mistake of ordering too much food. The server was very friendly & knowledgeable with drink recommendations. Although a bit on the pricey side, which is expected from a restaurant in the middle of the Old Port, we absolutely loved having drinks & having dinner on the terrace. The poutine with Montreal smoked meat & onion rings is delicious & the Blueberry Cobbler drink is divine. My only suggestion for an improved CX would be to eradicate the seemingly large amount of bees swarming the patio. There are contraptions that appear to be bee catchers hung throughout various points of the patio but we still had a few bees swarming our table throughout our experience. The staff tried bringing us coasters to cover our drinks, etc. but I feel that the establishment at large needs to do something.View more

Even though they're known for their home made beer, they also make an excellent Negroni with the perfect amount of bitters. Unfortunately, the drink was a bit overpriced at over 20 bucks after tax. BreWskey Pub comes highly recommended & it seems to be one of the better options in Old Montreal. They have an extensive beer list, nice cozy atmosphere & decent service. The outdoor patio makes this place very appealing in the summer, & inside is surprisingly expansive, divided onto several floors. I hear there's even live music at times. Really loved the outdoor space at this pub, it was relaxing to enjoy a drink in their beergarden on a summer afternoon. Came here with a party of 8 & had no difficulty getting a table despite having no reservations. We enjoyed the outdoor pub menu & i was happy to see a variety of light & dark beers on the menu. Came to the brewery on Canada Day & was thoroughly impressed with both the service & selection here. The drinks are priced very fair, with a variety of smoothies or brew juices for those who may not enjoy traditional beers. I LOVED the Strawberry Banana Brew juice! All the staff that night were incredibly outgoing, friendly & attentive.You guys get a 10/10 on the staffing here! Wish i got their names, as they deserve the recognition.View more

Fantastic patio & friendly accommodating staff! I love the patios, the drinks & the food & cone here as often as I'm able when I'm in Montreal. I didn't expect the patio to be open for the eclipse given how early in the year it was but the fantastic staff opened it anyway. I met some great people & made wonderful memories.
