I have been coming to this restaurant for a decade & it never disappoints. They "recently" did a revamp with renovations & it looks even more elegant & refined. Service is attentive, wine list is extensive, food is excellent. You know you will have a good meal here. It's on the expensive side but definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in the greater Montreal area.View more

A more upscale Italian restaurant for a nice treat. I had the Linguine alle Capesante & it was so delicious, my mouth waters thinking about it. It's a bit expensive though, so I personally wouldn't come too often. But that's personal preference- when it comes to pasta, my husband & I prefer more authentic, trattoria-style, fresh & simple pasta. I can't deny that the quality of the ingredients here are top-notch though, so I if you want to treat yourself, I do think it's well worth it!View more

I had high expectations for Primi Piatti based on what I'd heard, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance, & the appetizer (meatballs) was delicious. However, my pasta entrée was overly salted, which really detracted from the meal. For the quality, I found the prices to be a bit steep, especially considering the lackluster main dish. The service was also not up to par, which added to the overall disappointment. I expected more given its reputation.View more

Nous étions à ce restaurant pour mon anniversaire . & tout était parfait. Bonne ambiance, bon service , bon cocktail. Nos assiettes étaient savoureuses & de bonnes portions & le dessert était très gourmand hummm. C'était une belle découverte à saint Lambert & j'y retournerai très certainement. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. Merci encore au serveur pour les photos. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car le service était un peu lent mais on ne l'a presque pas senti pour être honnête. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 & sommes sortis vers 22h15/30 juste en ayant pris 2 entrées & 2 plats. Service interminable & très long pour manger 2 plats de pâtes. Nourriture correct mais rien d'exception. Musique beaucoup trop forte pour un restaurant, difficile de s'entendre parler & peu agréable. Le serveur nous a offert un dessert mais ça ne servira pas à grand chose, nous ne recommanderons pas ni nous ne reviendrons dans ce restaurant.View more

We recently celebrated our engagement at Primi Piatti, & we can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above & beyond to make our evening special. They surprised us by offering the private room without us even having to ask, creating the perfect intimate setting for our celebration. The food was fantastic (everyone loved what they ordered!), the atmosphere was warm & inviting, & the service was great. We were only 13 people so no group menu was required & we brought our own cake which they cut free of charge.
