I had the roast beef sandwich & fries, utterly mouth watering & spectacular. Roast beef nice & rare with a great gravy dip. The combination of caramelized onions & horseradish, amuses the palette. Fries are always great. As always the personal & friendly service of Lenny & his team are outstanding.
Picked up a roast beef sandwich for takeout & they did not include the sauce that comes with it when you eat it there. Very disappointing.
Are they that cheap. $50 for a roast beef sandwich & fries & nothing else!
The burgers are fine but ridiculously expensive & horrible service, inexperienced staff. The woman at the cache forced us to put two different orders on one buzzer. Then when the buzzer rang only one order was ready. I asked the employee who was handing out the platters & he said he would bring it over. Fine. We waited, my friend showed up twice politely asked for the order the same guy dismissed her. I had to go again & he completely ignored it & claimed there was only one order on the buzzer.
They finally gave us the second order 15 minutes after the first one. What was the point of putting order of two different people on the same buzzer when you can't deliver it? & you ask for tip too?! Ridiculous.

I've tried just about every great burger in the city, & the smash burger from Prime is the one I can't stop thinking about. This isn't one of those paper-thin, lacy smash burgers either - this is a real burger. Thick, juicy, meaty, with an incredible crust on the outside. You can taste the quality of the beef & the fat rendering into every bite. Packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, & served on a soft Martin's potato roll. Absolute top-tier burger.
Fries, Caesar salad, prime rib sandwich & hotdog are also top tier.
We ordered the wagu beef burger it was delicious. The staff were friendly & kind especially the General Manger Ray & the employees. Leah & Tamara - the service was excellent. Wonderful staff & the food was great . Thank you !!
First & last time eating here. It's definitely not worth the price. 50$ for 1 hamburger, 1 frie & 2 drinks. My 5 year old took a few bites of my hamburger but both our stomachs hurt after an hour. Maybe the meat wasn't fresh. 🤢

The smash burger at Prime Bar à Boeuf in Royalmount, Montreal is cooked to perfection, with the potato brioche bun also hitting the mark. The lettuce still feels unnecessary, but the burger itself is juicy & flavorful.
The fries have been hit or miss in our experience, but they truly shine in a poutine. The last time we visited, the poutine was excellent. The sauce is rich & tasty, the cheese is just right, & the aioli on the side is a nice touch.
The service at this food court counter was excellent. Our server was friendly, professional, & engaging without being overbearing. He even took the time to speak kindly with my child, which was really appreciated.
Of course, it's still a food court, so you carry your own tray & find your own table. But for what it is, Prime Bar à Boeuf delivers a satisfying burger experience & attentive service that goes above what you might expect from counter service.
