The burgers are fine but ridiculously expensive & horrible service, inexperienced staff. The woman at the cache forced us to put two different orders on one buzzer. Then when the buzzer rang only one order was ready. I asked the employee who was handing out the platters & he said he would bring it over. Fine. We waited, my friend showed up twice politely asked for the order the same guy dismissed her. I had to go again & he completely ignored it & claimed there was only one order on the buzzer.
They finally gave us the second order 15 minutes after the first one. What was the point of putting order of two different people on the same buzzer when you can't deliver it? & you ask for tip too?! Ridiculous.

Burger is good but overpriced, ordered a milkshake but said they were too busy to serve milkshakes. Not the first time they've refused to make me a milkshake. Such a small menu how can you refuse to serve items??

This is a burned burger not a smash! I don't know how ignorent the staff to put burned patty & onions & servie it. The place was much better never again.

The wagyu burger is delicious. Sadly, the fries are not good. Not seasoned & bland. They should be changed quickly.

Food was ridiculously expensive
My girlfriend had a smash burger with bun,meat & lettuce & they charged us 30 dollars for a plain burger.
Next issue food was too greasy, below average of taste!

I spent 60 dollars without a beverage!
Do not recommend to anyone! Regular smash burgers are 12 dollars!!!

Nice stuff but such a price for a simple ceaser salad with grilled chicken some of it was burnt, i was expecting something wow for that price

I've tried just about every great burger in the city, & the smash burger from Prime is the one I can't stop thinking about. This isn't one of those paper-thin, lacy smash burgers either - this is a real burger. Thick, juicy, meaty, with an incredible crust on the outside. You can taste the quality of the beef & the fat rendering into every bite. Packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, & served on a soft Martin's potato roll. Absolute top-tier burger.

Fries, Caesar salad, prime rib sandwich & hotdog are also top tier.

Très mauvaise expérience. « Léa » a eu une attitude particulièrement désagréable & peu professionnelle. J'ai aussi eu l'impression que certains produits étaient offerts à ses amis pendant que les autres clients n'étaient pas traités de la même manière. Ambiance peu accueillante, je ne recommande pas.
