Bubble tea is one of my favorite drinks, but this is the second time in this presotea that I've gotten sick from their drinks.

The mango tasted strange. I thought it was a new flavor, but it was actually expired. Unfortunately, I realized this when only the fruit remained at the bottom, & it had turned dark. This is the only Presotea store that doesn't even care about the quality of his fruits. I will never buy from Presotea again.

Dans le thé aux perles Panda, on m'a mis que des perles noires en pensant que j'ouvrirais pas le scellé pour voir. Pas grave si ce n'est que le préposé m'a dit que j'aurais 2 couleurs comme sur la photo. Goûtais le lait dilué sans goûter le thé comme chez d'autres marchands.

On appelle sur le numéro ils ne décrochent pas j'ai commandé un latte au sucre roux on dirait il y avait du haricot dedans en tout ça ça avait la texture de haricots cuits donc rappelez-moi si vous voyez mon avis

Je trouve que l'emplacement de ce presotea est idéal pour moi, & j'ai aussi remarqué une grande amélioration avec le respect de leurs heures d'ouverture comparé à comment c'était il y a plusieurs mois! Mes bubbletea que j'aime commander le plus c'est le latté au sucre roux avec tapioca, le slush de taro & le slush au café torréfié japonais 😋 Le service est aussi bien :) Seul petit truc c'est que le tapioca est parfois un peu sec, mais à part de ça j'aime bien! Je trouve que les filles qui travaillent là sont des guerrières tbh, parce que je sais que le service à la clientèle dans une location de métro ça peut être... intéressant! ps j'adore le petit dessin sur le comptoir où on attend pour notre drink, très cursed 😆

I think the bubble tea is pretty good, not my favorite Presotea location, but it is satisfying. My biggest issue is the hours of operations. I can't the number of times I walk past it in the morning 9-10am & I'm sad it's closed. Now on top of that, it's been several occasion where it's still not open past 11h15, not even 1 employee in sight. I often come back late from work where I know I'm gonna wait at the terminus for my connection, but it's always closed. The only times I manage to stop is when I come back from work at a "normal" hour & I just missed my connection (aka I have more than 5min before the next bus). I'd love to enjoy a bubble tea there more often, but I simply can't without making a big change in my routine.

Super bon service à la clientèle. J'ai été servi par Sarah Ève, elle m'a bien conseillé. Cependant j'ai trouvé que la gélatine autour des bulles éclatantes étaient un peu trop épaisses à mon goût

10$ pour un petit bubble tea. Beaucoup trop sucré & on ne m'a pas donné l'option de personnaliser. Je croyais l'expérience dans tous les presoteas consistente mais je vois que ce n'est pas le cas.

Délicieux bubble tea. Différentes recettes pour tous les goûts. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas aimé la première fois, essayez une autre recette. Demandez conseil.
