Their drinks are ok. Apparently they use frozen fruits in their drink, as they are not advertising as made from fresh fruits, this is ok. One big issue is that they are struggling with supplies. One day I could not order a drink because they did not have coconut & today they did not have large size cups. This is discouraging to go to this store, especially as there are several similar stores in the visinity, some stores even making their drinks with fresh fruits.

Last week, a month after my original review, I went to this location again, thinking that they may have sorted out the issue with supplies. To my surprise, they are still having the same sign, stating that they don't have large cups. This time I did not bother for ordering at this location, walked 100-150m more to another shop that sells juice/slush made with fresh fruits.

Les Bubble tea on pas beaucoup de gout & ont un arrière gout degeu. De plus les prix sont trop cher pour une qualité apparement pas tres bonne

C'est très bon comme toujours, mais 35 minutes d'attente…
En attendant, j'ai commandé sur l'application pour donner moins de travail à la caissière, mais ils annulent les commandes mobiles pour prioriser la file d'attente.

Il y a toujours un problème avec ce Presotea. Soit il n'y a plus de perles de tapioca, soit le service est super long
