The drink quality is unstable. Lots of time the boba are not good (hard to chew). I never had a good customer service here. The staff either did not greet or thank you or follow my request (i.e less ice). This should be improved. However, the location is quite convenient.

this place is alright - the options are good & the smoothies are nice, but the tea & tapioca are really disappointing. not much flavor with the boba & the texture is too firm. probably won’t make this a regular spot
