Way to expensive for the amount of product they give you. I had 2 sips of my bubble tea, & I finished the jelly... Usually same size in other places is 7 cad & here is almost 10 cad...

FR : Lors de notre visite à cet établissement, j'ai laissé seul ma compagne, d'origine thaïlandaise & étudiante à Toronto commander un bubble tea. Elle a pris l'initiative de passer commande en français, faisant un effort appréciable pour s'adapter à la langue locale. Cependant, à sa grande surprise, la réponse du personnel fut non seulement en anglais, mais également teintée d'une attitude désobligeante. Dans une province où le français est la langue officielle, il serait normal d'attendre un service dans cette langue, ou à défaut, une approche polie & compréhensive. Un simple mot d'excuse, accompagné d'une demande de permission pour continuer en anglais, aurait grandement amélioré l'expérience, surtout si cela avait été fait avec le sourire. Cette interaction malheureuse a créé un malaise pour ma compagne pas habitué à avoir un service aussi déplorable & cela ne reflète pas, à mon avis, l'accueil chaleureux & ouvert d'esprit que Montréal & ses habitants savent offrir. Une formation en communication & savoir-vivre serait bénéfique pour ce membre du personnel. Je choisis de donner deux étoiles, non pour critiquer la chaîne dans son ensemble, mais pour souligner spécifiquement la qualité décevante du service reçu lors de cette visite. Il serait bon que le responsable puisse former son personnel à bien communiquer & AVEC le sourire. Merci. ENG : During our visit to this establishment, I let my companion, a Thai national & a student in Toronto, order a bubble tea on her own. She took the initiative to place the order in French, making a commendable effort to adapt to the local language. However, to her great surprise, the staff's response was not only in English, but also tinged with a dismissive attitude. In a province where French is the official language, it would be normal to expect service in that language, or at the very least, a polite & understanding approach. A simple apology, followed by asking permission to continue in English, would have greatly improved the experience, especially if it had been done with a smile. This unfortunate interaction created discomfort &, in my opinion, does not reflect the warm & open-minded welcome that Montreal & its residents are known for. Training in communication & etiquette would be beneficial for this staff member. I choose to give two stars, not to criticize the chain as a whole, but to specifically highlight the disappointing quality of the service received during this visit. It would be advisable for the manager to train their staff in effective communication. Thank you.

this place is alright - the options are good & the smoothies are nice, but the tea & tapioca are really disappointing. not much flavor with the boba & the texture is too firm. probably won’t make this a regular spot

Fair tasting milk tea. Limited space for dine in. Long time of waiting time but could be faster if 2 counters are working & more staff to make the milkteas.

I always been a fan of bubble teas & Presotea has always been my place! They have a big variety of styles & flavors. I would drink one of there bubble teas every day🤣 They got me addicted lol
