After a long day of work, I treated myself to a good Bubble Tea. The worker with the cute glasses there took great care of me. When I got my fantastic drink, there were a bunch of youngsters that made her life very difficult. I hope that she's okay & that the guys would leave her alone. Anyways, the drink was very good & worth every penny.

I had a very good experience with a girl called Olesea. She helped me choose the perfect drink. I feel bad since a group of guys came to harass the workers. They had cups from TimHortons & wanted to buy tapioca balls to put in their drinks. They threatened to leave bad reviews & were very pushy/aggressive. I hope the girl is okay.

Bubble tea is one of my favorite drinks, but this is the second time in this presotea that I've gotten sick from their drinks.

The mango tasted strange. I thought it was a new flavor, but it was actually expired. Unfortunately, I realized this when only the fruit remained at the bottom, & it had turned dark. This is the only Presotea store that doesn't even care about the quality of his fruits. I will never buy from Presotea again.

Je trouve que l'emplacement de ce presotea est idéal pour moi, & j'ai aussi remarqué une grande amélioration avec le respect de leurs heures d'ouverture comparé à comment c'était il y a plusieurs mois! Mes bubbletea que j'aime commander le plus c'est le latté au sucre roux avec tapioca, le slush de taro & le slush au café torréfié japonais 😋 Le service est aussi bien :) Seul petit truc c'est que le tapioca est parfois un peu sec, mais à part de ça j'aime bien! Je trouve que les filles qui travaillent là sont des guerrières tbh, parce que je sais que le service à la clientèle dans une location de métro ça peut être... intéressant! ps j'adore le petit dessin sur le comptoir où on attend pour notre drink, très cursed 😆
