J'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience dans cette boutique : j'ai été bien accueillie pour commander une tarte pour ma fête, la livraison s'est très bien déroulée aussi, le tout pour un très bon rapport qualité/prix. J'y retournerai!

J'ai pris un chocolat chaud & une viennoiserie, la personne m'a servie de l'eau au chocolat, mais ma viennoiserie au caramel était excellente!
Ma facture s'élevait à 10 ou 11$, j'ai remis un billet de 20$ au serveur, je lui ai dit qu'il pouvait garder la monnaie pour lui laisser un pourboire & me rendre le 5$. Il m'a répondu juste ça ou avec le 5$. Je lui ai dit je veux garder le 5$ puis qu'il pouvait garder les pièces, il m'a par la suite remis mon assiette avec un visible mécontentement. Ce que j'ai trouvé assez surprenant & dommage!
Je suis le genre de client qui laisse toujours un pourboire, mais de se faire dire juste ça quand je laisse le 1/3 voir le 1/4 de ce que j'ai payé en tips, c'est quelque chose que je n'apprécie pas! Les autres serveurs étaient aimables, mais voilà! Cette situation m'a marqué, & j'en retiens un goût amer plutôt que l'excellent goût de la viennoiserie!
Premièrement ça sent souvent étrange dans ce première moisson . Ensuite c'est désorganisé & trop petit pour le nombre de cabaret à placer . Ce qui est atroce encore plus ce sont certains desserts qui goûtent atrocement degueullasse vous savez le sang je n'ai pu finir en fait j'ai recracher dès la première bouchée . Toujours de différents employés qui rient entre six & insultent leur clients cest inacceptable . J'y allais pour leur fameux pain brioche avec oeuf fromage etc mais ils ne m'auront plus oh j'allais oublié leur muffins dits santé certains sont ultra sales & se défont totalement sans oublier que quand vous prenez un café pour emporter ils le font pas d'une bonne façon . Sérieusement vos flas flas de beaux produit on s'en fou . J'aurais honte à votre place !!!
Cet endroit est mon point de départ depuis bientôt 22 ans. Les plats proposés, les viennoiseries, le pain, les gâteaux sont excellent. Je n'ai rien de mauvais à dire sur cette succursale.

I recently stopped by Boulangerie Première Moisson on Plateau-Mont-Royal, & it was an experience that exceeded expectations in every way. This bakery is not just a place to grab bread or pastries - it's a true Montréal institution that blends quality, tradition, & charm under one roof.
The first thing you notice when walking in is the aroma. Freshly baked bread fills the air & immediately makes you want to try everything. The display counters are beautifully arranged with a wide variety of breads, pastries, sandwiches, & desserts. Everything looks fresh, artisanal, & carefully prepared.
I tried their classic baguette as well as the olive loaf, & both were outstanding - crusty on the outside with that perfect chewy, flavorful inside. Their croissants are among the best I've ever had in Montréal: buttery, flaky, & light, exactly how a croissant should be. I also had a slice of their lemon tart, & it was simply divine - tangy, balanced, & not overly sweet.
Beyond the baked goods, they also offer ready-to-eat meals & sandwiches that make it easy to grab lunch. The smoked salmon sandwich I tried was fresh, well-balanced, & generous in portion. It's clear that they care about using high-quality ingredients in everything they prepare.
The staff were warm, attentive, & patient, even though the place was busy when I visited. Service felt efficient but never rushed, which really added to the overall pleasant experience.
The Plateau location itself is bright & welcoming, with a cozy seating area that makes it easy to enjoy your food on-site.
Overall, Première Moisson delivers on every level - quality, service, & atmosphere. Whether you're looking for daily bread, a quick bite, or a sweet treat, this bakery is a must-visit in Montréal.
First time being at this premiere moisson usukay go to the côte des neiges one closer to me but this one is a good as my usual spot very nice variety of items & nice, sympathetic people working there
