Ce matin, je suis passée. Un vendeur m'a regardée, je lui ai automatiquement dit bonjour & j'ai voulu passer ma commande. Surprise : il ne m'a même pas répondu🤯🤯. Il était en train de déballer un petit carton, ce que j'ai compris par la suite.
Juste pour dire : quand tu travailles au comptoir & que tu es occupé à déballer ou à ranger, si tu ne peux pas servir le client , au moins baisse les yeux ou la tête, concentre-toi sur ce que tu fais ou fais comprendre au client que tu n vas pas le servir. Fais au minimum semblant de considérer la personne devant toi.😡😤
C'est terminé pour moi, votre boulangerie. Sachant que je suis une cliente qui dépense quand même pas mal & qui donne même des pourboires !!!!!Je vais désormais aller dépenser mon argent là où le client est respecté.

I recently stopped by Boulangerie Première Moisson on Plateau-Mont-Royal, & it was an experience that exceeded expectations in every way. This bakery is not just a place to grab bread or pastries - it's a true Montréal institution that blends quality, tradition, & charm under one roof.
The first thing you notice when walking in is the aroma. Freshly baked bread fills the air & immediately makes you want to try everything. The display counters are beautifully arranged with a wide variety of breads, pastries, sandwiches, & desserts. Everything looks fresh, artisanal, & carefully prepared.
I tried their classic baguette as well as the olive loaf, & both were outstanding - crusty on the outside with that perfect chewy, flavorful inside. Their croissants are among the best I've ever had in Montréal: buttery, flaky, & light, exactly how a croissant should be. I also had a slice of their lemon tart, & it was simply divine - tangy, balanced, & not overly sweet.
Beyond the baked goods, they also offer ready-to-eat meals & sandwiches that make it easy to grab lunch. The smoked salmon sandwich I tried was fresh, well-balanced, & generous in portion. It's clear that they care about using high-quality ingredients in everything they prepare.
The staff were warm, attentive, & patient, even though the place was busy when I visited. Service felt efficient but never rushed, which really added to the overall pleasant experience.
The Plateau location itself is bright & welcoming, with a cozy seating area that makes it easy to enjoy your food on-site.

Une grande variété de pains, de baguettes, de pâtisseries, de chocolats, des meringues, de la charcuterie, des quiches. Sandwiches, etc.....
Leurs chouquettes sont excellente mais ne prenez pas tout en une seule commande afin d'en laisser un peu pour les autres 😅😊😉
L'équipe de cette boutique est très agréable & le service est parfait.
De passage à Montréal nous avons pris une galette des rois qui était très bonne & nous avons aussi prit du pain parmi un très grand choix Boulangerie à la française...
On peut s'installer & manger dans cette boulangerie qui propose de délicieux croissants notamment celui fourré au sirop d'érable ! Les boissons chaudes sont bonnes. Le personnel est efficace & agréable ! Ils vendent aussi des chocolats pour la période de Pâques
ATTENTION : On a envie de tout acheter ! Tout semble tellement bon ; & tout ce que j'ai pris l'était ! Les viennoiseries accompagnés d'un bon café : un délice ! Service restauration sur place si besoin. Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité prix. Boulangerie à la Française
