I would avoid the oatmeal date cookies because I almost broke a tooth biting into a hard piece of date shell & I also hope that I didnt swallow any. I complained to the cash & they refunded me but I am still traumatized. Coffee & muffin was ok.
Best baguette au levain ever in the whole world, for reals, no joke!!? Everything else here is just so delicious it's a bonus to try something else every time I go.
My major complaint is that I am asked…just as I am paying if I want to leave a tip. This is insulting & degrading. Nobody likes to say no. It ruined my experience with P.M. I will go one more time & if asked again, I will NEVER go back…
The first thing that matters to me in any store is not only the quality of the products, but especially how the staff treat customers.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this bakery. A saleswoman behaved in a very rude & impolite way toward us simply because my mother was recording a short video. Her attitude was disrespectful & unprofessional, & it made us feel very uncomfortable.
Even if the bread & other products may be fresh or of good quality, customer service is far more important to me. Respect & proper treatment should always come first.
Because of this experience, I will not return to this store, even though it is very close to my home. I would rather go to another branch where customers are treated with courtesy & respect.

I have to say, they make the best sourdough bread ever & they have a nice variety of bread & products that I appreciate. However, I rated it 3 stars because of the poor customer service I've experienced & witnessed when I went to pick up the bread. The three times I was there, the staff looked frustrated & basically unhappy. One lady was visibly frustrated with a customer, shaking her head, after she pointed to where to find an item. Same lady responded very dry when I asked for the sourdough & she just said « there's none left » & looked angry, didn't offer any options (shouldn't they be trying to sell what's left?) yes it was a busy time, there was a line up but clearly, there seems to be a lack of leadership & general frustration coming from the staff that should be addressed.
Very impressed with this premiere moisson. The staffs were super friendly & helpful & I witnessed them going out of their way to support an elderly customer. It is rare to see that level of customer service!
Great pastry & bread shop. Exrensive choice including sandwiches, chocolates, cookies, jams, honey, & other. Nice sitting area, can be packed for lunch. No dedicated parking. You have to park in the street & it is a busy neighborhood

Average première moisson location, food can be hit or miss: some items good & others mediocre to not so great. Service is quite frequently slow & inefficient- sorry to say!
