"I called this morning and asked for a *Galette des Rois* to be set aside for us for 4:30 PM. They assured me there would be plenty available and that a reservation wasn't necessary. When we arrived at 4:20 PM, the worker told us she had set one aside anyway because they were selling quickly. Excellent customer service!"
