"I loved the palmiers for a long time until now. Only used to buy them from Premiere Moisson. But I must say the quality and taste dropped dramatically nowadays. Most of the time they are burnt, inconsistent butter and sweetness. To my surprise, their croissants and chocolatine quality also went down significantly. Not sure what's happening but..."
