Got the OMG burger in trio with waffle fries & I must say I have never had such an amazing & juicy burger before & I specially recommend it with parmesan sauce. Not so spacious but good place to grab food when in rush.

They messed up the order & the whole food felt gluey we had to throw it & get something else extremely disappointed especially since the review were good. For the review rating i had much higher expectations

Although i had a bad experience today i will always go to this location as the food is greatly served & the portions are generous. Mily , the owner handeld the situation very well & solved it in the matter of minute. Thanks Mily for your Poulet Royal location.

Chicken was crispy & tasty! But star of the show is the king sauce 🤤 the staff was also very nice to us. Thanks, we'll be coming back .

The food was very good & the staff was very nice & respectful. They did take a one dollar tip but the food compensated for it although i did not ask for the tip im not stupid tho I was gonna tip.

Today, I ordered a Family Pack through Uber Eats for pickup. After receiving the'Order Ready' notification, I went to collect my order.

The front desk employee's behavior was shockingly rude & disrespectful. I simply asked for the food I had already paid for, but instead of basic courtesy, I was treated with complete disrespect.

This is unacceptable. No paying customer should be humiliated for picking up their own order. The owner needs to address this employee's behavior immediately before more customers are treated the same way.
