Les filles qui travaillent là sont tellement gentilles! Le cuisinier s'est trompé de poulet dans ma commande & il m'ont donné du poulet frit en plus pour se faire pardonner. J'ai même pu goûter à toute les sauces pour savoir laquelle je voulais. Vraiment bon service je recommande cet endroit. En plus le poulet est incroyable !!

I give it a 4 stars.

-Minus 0.5 star because the sauce for the waffle fries are not included.
Sauces should be included for free & not as an extra. It can confuses people who order food online on Uber

-Minus 0.5 star because the buns for the burger is not toasted (personal preference). It was a bit messy to eat because the bun was breaking apart because it wasn't toasted

Honnêtement, je suis rarement tombé sur un service aussi catastrophique. Dès le début, on avait l'impression que les clients dérangeaient plus qu'autre chose. L'attente était interminable, personne ne venait vraiment s'occuper de nous & chaque demande semblait être un problème pour les employés. Le manque de professionnalisme se voyait dans chaque interaction : réponses froides, aucune attention & zéro effort pour offrir une bonne expérience.

En plus de ça, la commande était extrêmement décevante. Après avoir attendu aussi longtemps, recevoir une nourriture aussi médiocre rend l'expérience encore pire. On s'attend au minimum à un bon service pour compenser, mais même ça était absent. Tout donnait l'impression d'être fait rapidement & sans aucun respect pour les clients.

Au final, cette expérience m'a complètement déçu. Entre le service désagréable, l'attente excessive & la qualité de la commande, je regrette sincèrement d'avoir dépensé mon argent là-bas. Je ne recommande cet endroit à absolument personne, même pas à mon pire ennemi.

Had a wonderful experience at Poulet Royal - Concordia 🍗🔥

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, & kind. Their customer service was amazing & made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The chicken was absolutely delicious - hot, crispy, fresh, & full of flavor. Definitely a place worth visiting if you're in Montreal!

The nice ladies there took really good care of the 10 of us. They took care of all our needs, gave us free cookies & drinks. Oh & also free sauces. Amazing experience for us all!
Way way way better than poulet rouge or any other spot like it. Also we all ate, 10$ each.
