Poulet Rouge recueille des retours majoritairement positifs sur des bols de poulet frais et personnalisables, des portions généreuses, des saveurs audacieuses et un service rapide dans des espaces propres et accueillants. Lors des heures de pointe, certains clients signalent des files plus longues et des erreurs de commande ou un environnement bruyant, mais globalement la qualité et le bon rapport qualité prix donnent envie de revenir.
Un service de très bonne qualité avec un patron à l'écoute de ces clients & très sympathique. La nourriture y est également de qualité. Un choix délicieux & santé!!

My only gripe is that I wish the restaurant was larger inside but really I'm just being knit picky here.....😅 The service, the food & the atmosphere is par excellence!!! You haven't been here yet What you waiting for?....
After trying poulet rouge for the first time, I have since reordered twice! Amazing flavours, great variety of choices & perfect portions! Keep up the great quality & great service! Highly recommend!
Absolutely LOVE Poulet Rouge, one of my favourite foods to eat !!! The chicken is delicious & tender, the options are fantastic (7 choices of toppings) & definitely a hit with everyone I've recommended it to. If you want good quality food, not junk, look no further :) I can guarantee you will love it❤️

Love poulet rouge. Great atmosphere & staff. Always get bbq & shisha chicken, amazing combo!!! Love the manager Roy he is so nice & welcoming. Favorite spot in VD :)

Ordered through Uber Halloween night, & was so happy with what we got! We've ordered before, but something about last night was just great. I always ask for extra pickles (paid) & they DELIVERED. So many pickles lol, it was perfect! Not to mention our bowls were SO stuffed (more than usual, which is crazy because they're already pretty full) that the caps were almost coming off. Just a great experience, we felt like they really wanted to make each order count. Couldn't let it slide without a great review, thanks a bunch for the awesome food!
The food is excellent. It’s often very busy, therefore, it does take some time to get the food. Most of the staff is very friendly & kind.
This evening, I was kind of disappointed with the service of the cashier. He was next to the manger & had a non chaland attitude & didn’t want to speak French at all. He persisted & only answered in English with a stubborn look on his face. For context, I am bilingual, however, my husband spoke French first since it his mother tongue, therefore, that’s why we initially spoke in French to the cashier.
Other than the cashier, the rest of the staff was excellent & bilingual too.
Furthermore, I recommend the 2 flavours BBQ & Volcano mixed for the chicken. It’s very tasty & savoury, their chicken is always very fresh & perfectly cooked on the grill. Their sauces are very savoury & complement the other ingredients as well.

They have a little seating area, however, it isn’t very comfortable to sit & dine because it’s small & very often it’s crowded. It’s better to take the food & go eat at home or in the car if you want quiet.
