I was waiting in line while other customers were served ahead of me. When I spoke up, I was mistakenly told that I had not paid for my order. This was later corrected, but the location appeared disorganized, with staff prioritizing takeout orders while in-store customers waited.
I chose to cancel my order after noticing a fly land on the food behind the glass counter. When I requested a refund, the interaction felt uncomfortable, even though it was acknowledged that there was a fly present.
Based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

Poulet Rouge is savory & delicious, though a bit pricey since it's in a university area:
the Rouge Bowl at ~ $17 feels a little expensive. The smaller bowls at around $13 seem really small. That said, the quality is excellent, & there are plenty of options. The meals are packed with protein & veggies, & you can choose between rice, quinoa, or salads. The sauces are absolutely delicious! I eat there almost daily & wish they had a loyalty program or something similar for regular customers.

Staff was very pleasant, the place was clean, & I was happy with my dish. I will definitely come back again as it's in my neighbourhood, only 15 minutes walk from where I live.
