Poulet Rouge is savory & delicious, though a bit pricey since it's in a university area:
the Rouge Bowl at ~ $17 feels a little expensive. The smaller bowls at around $13 seem really small. That said, the quality is excellent, & there are plenty of options. The meals are packed with protein & veggies, & you can choose between rice, quinoa, or salads. The sauces are absolutely delicious! I eat there almost daily & wish they had a loyalty program or something similar for regular customers.
It's better to go in person than to order bcause when you order they always mess up the order I got a bowl with no sauce so dry & the ppl that cook the chicken tend to over cook it many times I got hard chicken 😕🥴 but if not they ight when they first opened they were the best!!!

Honestly, their food is amazing, healthy, savoury & the service is FAST. Super welcoming & great place for a sizeable bowl of food! Would recommend any day, anytime.

I stopped in to Poulet Rouge while in Montreal last weekend. I was looking for a healthy meal choice & I found it there. The chicken bowl I had was so fresh & delicious, & staff were super friendly. Will definitely be stopping in again when I am back.
TL;DR: Spectacular in every way. Great food, great time, great staff, great everything. I couldn't recommend enough. I've been coming to Poulet Rouge every Friday afternoon (& some Saturdays), every week for at least a month now, & I can safely say that this is one of the best food places I've been to in Montreal, at the very least relative to price & speed. The food is top-notch every time; the chicken is well-cooked, everything is always hot & ready, & it all comes together incredibly every time. It'll take no more than 10 minutes to get your food if you know what you want, & if you don't, the staff are always happy to give suggestions! & speaking of, everyone who works here is a joy to interact with. In all the times I've come here, not a single time has an employee been rude, instead the opposite. There is a varied selection of ingredients to choose from, whichever item you're ordering. There are vegan alternatives for the chicken, too. I would personally recommend my usual if you're taking out (Mini Rouge, any chicken, Rice, Tsatziki, Shredded Onions, Cheese), but if you have both the time & the stomach for it, I would also recommend either the regular-size Rouge Bowl or the Rouge Poutine; they'll fill you up & then some! The atmosphere of the place itself is also great. There is ample room & ample seats, there's good A/C, & there's music playing at a nice volume. All in all; great place, great food, great service, great atmosphere, great everything. The 5 stars are very much deserved.

J'ai testé le mini bowl qui était parfait pour une petite faim: copieux, riche en saveurs. La combinaison "blé, concombres & oignons frits" se mariait très bien au poulet barbecue!
The food here is amazing. Healthy, delicious, fresh & with generous portion sizes. Sauces were very yummy & the toppings were fresh & plentiful. Our friend had the vegetarian "chicken" strips & said they were very good & carried the flavor of the sauce well. We grabbed some bowls & head to the canal for a little picnic. We will be back! Don't hesitate to try this place, you won't be disappointed.
Gréât service, so good & super clean environment. Staff are the best. My partner hunch my whole bowl on the floor by accident with his computer & they where so kind, helped clean up & quickly made me a new bowl plus where super sweet about it!
This Poulet Rouge was a fantastic spot for our fast-casual dining needs. Their customizable bowls with perfectly grilled chicken & fresh ingredients are absolutely delicious. The quality is top-notch, & everything is made to order. Plus, the staff was super friendly, & ordering was a breeze. Definitely a go-to for anyone looking for a great healthy meal on the fly. 10/10 recommend.

Had a problem with my order, an article was run out instead of cancelling my order. The restaurant called me to offer me solutions & gave me the best poulet rouge bowl I had. Really awesome customer service. May God bless y'all
