I LOVE this Poulet Rouge. The staff is very welcoming & efficient. My food never takes too long & it comes out amazing. The chicken is always perfectly cooked & I love the avocado. I would 100% recommend!
Ayant découvert les lieux la veille & ayant adoré le concept & la nourriture, nous avons décidées de revenir ce soir.
Honnêtement, il n'y avait pas de client à part nous & l'équipe nous a servi avec tellement d'impatience.
En particulier les jeunes femmes au dressage qui mettait les premiers éléments dans le plat.
Elles n'attendent même pas votre réponse que vous avez déjà des choses que vous n'avez pas voulu dans votre assiette !!! Tout cela pour se débarrasser de vous au plus vite & finir leurs conversations derrière le comptoir.
Étant moi-même manager dans le retail, je ne supporterai pas de telles personnes dans mon équipe.
Au delà du fait que l'image de votre enseigne perde de la valeur, je pense que vous perdez la confiance de vos clients.

Amazing experience with them. We had a huge order of 1000 meals & they delivered right on time, everything was hot & they even came back later for additional meals we asked for in rush order.
They also helped unload everything, & labelled all of the meals with the names of the people with allergies.
They made the process seamless & the chicken was delicious.
Poulet Rouge ne sert que du poulet Halal pour satisfaire que 5% de la population…je vais attendre qu'ils servent du non Halal avant d'aller manger là !

Cette semaine, le poulet était rosé & pas assez cuit. J'ai quand même redonné une chance au restaurant, mais après ce deuxième repas, j'ai été malade quelques heures plus tard (frissons, nausées).
Client régulier depuis 2 ans, mais après ces deux mauvaises expériences, c'est terminé. La qualité a clairement diminué. Faire bien cuire le poulet, c'est la base.
Volaco Spicy the best bowl I've had since my first day in Canada in 2023. Same amazing taste every time, excellent staff, & consistently great quality. Poulet Rouge truly stands out & is the best among all the stores. Highly recommended!
Poulet Rouge is a great option for a daily, high-protein & low-fat meal (especially if you skip the mayonnaise). The food is really tasty & the quality is good. I do think the prices could be a little lower, since many of the customers are students. Maybe they could offer something for loyal customers, like a rewards or points system, to help make it more affordable. Overall, great food & good quality.
I want to give a special shout-out to an amazing employee who served me today at Poulet Rouge. I didn't catch her name, but she had beautiful brown nails & such a radiant presence. She was incredibly kind, attentive, & genuinely caring - the kind of person who turns a simple meal into a great experience. Her positive energy & professionalism truly stood out.

Still couldn't find anywhere better in this price range. Great taste, solid nutrition, & always our go to when we're too tired to cook. Consistently good every time.
