DÉLICIEUX !! Le poulet est juste divin, le personnel est très souriant & agréable, continuez comme ça ! Ce qui pourrait être baissé est le son, on ne s'entend pas trop parler... Sinon, vous pouvez y aller en famille ou entre amis, je recommence à 100% ! PS : les portions servies sont généreuses ;)
All was good but please stop playing loud rave music at noon!! Families trying to eat & it's on a loop & it's loud , driving us nuts. Play it on Friday & Sat nights after 10! Montreal location on Ste. Catherine near Foot locker.
J'ai commandé 36 bols via uber, ils ne me laissaient pas écrire de commentaire pour mes allergies, j'ai donc appelé le restaurant directement pour leur mentionner. Ils ont été super attentionné avec mes repas. AUCUNE erreur !!! Une première sur les grosses commande que je fais hebdomadairement ! Nous avions profiter une promotion qu'il y avait sur un bol en particulier, habituellement les portions sont un peu moins généreuse, mais pas avec Poulet Rouge, nous étions bien plein avec un repas de qualité ! MERCI !
En tant que client régulier, je choisis toujours la poutine & elle est exceptionnelle. Le service est impeccable ! Merci de démontrer votre souci de la satisfaction des clients. Je reviendrai certainement & je recommande vivement !
Le bol était correctement garni. Contrairement à l'assiette, le service n'était pas à la hauteur. De mon point de vue, la caissière a voulu se débarrasser rapidement en avortant la transaction alors que je n'avais pas fini de commander mon second bol. En cette saison d'été, une touche de joie aurait sûrement changer l'expérience. ( néanmoins je pense que cela ne constitute pas l'ambiance général du poulet rouge.)
