Service was really bad. We ordered 2 small bols & the guy didn't bother putting it in a bag. The toppings were not fresh at all, barely a scoop per topping. So much attitude from the staff. I don't know if the management changed but they used to be the best location but now it's horrible.
Huge thanks to Poulet Rouge for sponsoring our class film set! The food was warm, fresh, & incredibly good - everyone loved it. We're so grateful they were able to provide such a great lunch for the crew. Highly recommend!

I am just passing by Montreal & I really wanted some proper & real food. The photos looked really tasty, & I gave them a try - no regrets. The food is super tasty & healthy! The chicken is well prepared, moist, & well seasoned. They make it fresh. You also have many options to choose from as side dishes, including various vegetable options. The amount of food is also a plus - it's a lot haha.
Since I don't eat much food at a time, I always split with my fiancé, & we had enough food for lunch (the ideal amount, without feeling bloated hehe).
The cashier is really educated & has a smile on his face. :) I certainly want to come back again. Thanks
Stopped here first time & enjoyed the help & the chicken was good I wished it was more spicy as the volcano is soft spicy wise the chicken was good tho. The toppings were fresh, will go back.
I kept hearing that Poulet Rouge has the best chicken salads ever. I finally tried it & wow. Lives up to its reputation & more. Succulent lemon chicken, incredibly tasty dressings, super fresh & plentiful choices of salad toppings, & pleasant, professional & efficient service. Can't wait to go back & try another type of chicken, maybe garlic or chilly diablo. Yum.
Ok so this place is amazing!! This was the first time trying this chain & I have to say it did not disappoint. Big portions & very fresh & tasty. The other awesome thing about this location was the entire staff, it was such an amazing & fun vibe in the restaurant & each & every one of the staff that I interacted with was awesome. The only thing I'd say is that there is only street parking which depending on the time of day could be a challenge, but I say a challenge worth taking.
This place never disappoints. Been going there for almost a year. The ingredients are always fresh. The staff is very nice & friendly. The price is reasonable. & the chicken is delicious. The only thing I wish they resolved would be the cleanliness of the restaurant. Other than that, it's just perfect.

Nice & clean space, quick & great service too, lots of fresh toppings to choose from & the chicken is grilled on the spot right in front of you. The regular size bowl is really filling & at a great price. Great choice if you're looking to grab something to eat quick & easy.
I tried a chicken bowl from Poulet Rouge, & it was an absolute delight. Every bite was bursting with flavor, & the ingredients were perfectly balanced, making for a standout taste. The fresh, high-quality ingredients & thoughtful seasoning really set it apart from other meals I've had. It was a great experience that left a lasting impression on my taste buds. I highly recommend it!
We really appreciated the prompt & cordial service. The food fresh & well cooked, well seasoned & hot on the plate 😊 I would highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely revisit on a regular basis. 👍
