Poulet Rouge in Complexe Desjardins has become one of my regular go-to lunch spots whenever I don't bring something from home. Being so close to work, it's very convenient, & I know I can count on getting a meal that's both quick & tasty. The staff here are consistently friendly & polite, & the service is impressively fast-even compared to the pace you usually expect from a busy food court. They manage to keep things moving smoothly, which is always appreciated on a short lunch break.

The food itself is exactly what I've come to expect from Poulet Rouge: fresh, well-prepared, & very flavorful. The chicken is delicious & seasoned well, & the bowls are customizable so you can mix things up depending on what you're in the mood for. It always hits the spot & leaves me satisfied.

That said, there is one drawback worth mentioning. If you've eaten at other Poulet Rouge locations, you may notice what I have-the portions here are noticeably smaller. The bowls don't feel quite as full as the ones served at other branches, which can be a little disappointing when you're expecting the same generous serving size. The taste makes up for it to a certain extent, but it's something regulars will definitely pick up on.

Overall, though, I enjoy eating here & will continue to stop by when I need a convenient & tasty lunch option. The friendly service, good flavor, & reliable experience make it a solid choice, even if the portion sizes aren't quite on par with other locations.

After a long time on being on a strict diet... today I was having lunch at poulet rouge... the experience has been just beautiful. I felt this feeling, that finally i know my self bit, that is after i choose my toppings for my bowl, i knew what I like a lot. & what makes me happy. knowing what is good & healthy for me. Knowing what is not, what really gives me joy, what bothers me & what is good for me. Truly knowing yourself is the most important thing we need to learn & Poulet rouge gave me this experiment. Appreciate the healthy & beauty of it all. Thanks for the hands that made it🌸😌❤️.

I work nearby & get my lunch here all the time. It's always fresh, healthy & delicious! The staff are super friendly too. They now recognize me & remember how I like my order!
