The staff are very pleasant & explained all the different options. The mini bowl comes with 3 toppings & they are very tasty. The regular size comes with 7 toppings!!! There are many options of toppings to choose from including fresh veggies. The base can be quinoa, brown rice or white rice then you get your toppings & chicken. Mini gets two strips of chicken & regular gets four. Both are fantastic portions! There are also a whole bunch of sauces to choose from to top your base. The price is also terrific for the amount of food you get. Definitely an anytime of the day or night spot to grab something to eat! It's a good option for groups where one person might wanna eat healthy & another person wants to indulge. There's that option for whatever you're looking for. They have poutine as well, but we didn't try that. We saw other people eating it though & it looked really good. The chicken isn't fried. It's white meat & it's grilled.Voir plus

Mon endroit préféré pour prendre une petite bouchée, ou plutôt une grosse puisqu'ils sont très généreux avec les portions. 😋😋 Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant & professionnel! Le service était excellent, j'ai à peine eu le temps de cligner des yeux que mon bol était déjà prêt devant moi! Tout le monde devrait visiter au moins une fois le poulet rouge sur le plateau Mont-Royal!Voir plus
Endroit vraiment génial! Il est super bien placé & c'est très propre à l'intérieur. Le personnel est souriant, cordial & super accueillant. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, on se régale!! Je recommande vraiment cet endroit !!Voir plus
