Uncle Gaby is very welcoming & a great service provider, all sandwiches are freshly made to order, all food looks good & tastes even greater, there is no way so far that any Lebanese sandwich shop could compete with them so far, I got Rosto (roast beef), djej (chicken), Qasbeh (Liver) & N5a3at (brain?) not sure if I translated the last one right, the sandwiches took me back on a light trip to Lebanon & brought back memories of Beirut local sandwich shops! I loved all 4 sandwiches & it kept me asking for more, unfortunately I was full later on! I would highly recommend all Lebanese visiting Montreal for leisure or business to stop by Poulet Mankal, PS It is one of the oldest sandwich shops in Montreal as far as I know & uncle Gaby Sassine has been mastering Lebanese sandwiches & garlic spread for more than 30 years! a MUST STOP.
Recently came to Quebec & found this gem. The chicken barbecue & garlic is like Lebanon & very tasty. He also sells sandwiches & very affordable. I highly recommend this place
J'étais de passage alors je me suis dit pourquoi alors ne pas essayer! j'ai commandé 2 sandwiches 1 poulet & 1 Kafta! Donc mon évaluation concerne ces deux types de sandwiches! Poulet: rapport Qualité Quantité Prix est moins que l'ordinaire ! Il s'agit d'un petit sandwichs que l'on mange en 3 bouchées pour un prix équivalent à celui d'autres resto. La sauce est bonne Kafta: pas de goût! Très déçu & les tomates dans le sandwich n'étaient pas fraîches! Conclusion : je ne reviendrais pas en attendant de lire d'autres commentaires ecourageantes honnêtes & neutres.

Le meilleur poulet au charbon authentique du Liban à Montréal. Les sandwiches rosto, soujouk, poulet. Que dire tout est bon. Ça vaut une visite si vous êtes à Montréal. Le monsieur est accueillant, on sent qu'on le connait depuis longtemps.
One of the best sandwiches I ever had!!! Chicken is clean, tender & juicy… garlic sauce perfectly balanced & salty cucumber pickles. A taste of pure joy. Well done sir ✊

I am in town from South Carolina & after a long day of work I just wanted a good dinner. Well I found it with this place. I hade the Kafta plate & have already saved it as a place I will come back to on my next trip & try one of the sandwiches for lunch. The food was cooked fresh to order & was absolutely delicious. The owner is the cook, waiter, host, & a Great person to just have a chat with. Take some time & sit down to eat here.
