Came at 1 am, so the food was prolly not fresh. It's nice that it's open till 3 am tho. The place was clean, the customer service was good, nothing out of the ordinary. I ordered a poke bowl, not the most delicious flavour wise but that's my opinion. I've had better poke bowls let's say…

Honnêtement, je ne suis pas toujours fan du mélange riz + salade dans les poké bowls, mais là… Poke Monster m'a convaincue ! 🙌 L'équilibre des saveurs était parfait, & le packaging est tellement cute qu'on a presque du mal à l'ouvrir 😄
La sauce signature Monstre épicée ? Un vrai coup de coeur 🔥

Tried Poke Monster for the first time & decided to give a poke bowl a shot. I ordered the General Tao chicken bowl - the portion size was good, but unfortunately the flavor didn't live up to expectations. The chicken tasted more like plain fried chicken rather than having that classic General Tao flavor. There was also a lot of red mayo (or some kind of dressing), which made the whole bowl feel greasy & overpowering. Overall, the dish lacked flavor & balance.
On a positive note, the customer service was good. However, the food itself was disappointing, & I left feeling unsatisfied.
I had a wonderful experience at Poke Monster yesterday ! I'm visiting from New York, & the girl wearing the turban gave us truly exceptional service. She was so kind & patient with my young kids, which meant a lot to me. She prepared our order very carefully, & everything was extremely clean you can tell she really cares about hygiene
Her warm attitude & professionalism made our visit unforgettable. Thank you for the amazing service! We will definitely be coming back whenever we're in town 🥰🥰🥰

Le poke bol général chez Poke Monster est vraiment excellent! Les portions sont généreuses, les ingrédients ultra frais, & les saveurs bien équilibrées. Un vrai régal à chaque visite 😋. Merci à Ferroudja pour son accueil chaleureux & son service impeccable. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Had a great meal! Poke tempura bowl with a monster tartare & spring roll. Absolutely delicious! The staff were so friendly it made our dining experience even better. I highly recommend this place!

During our last visit, we kindly requested that the team mix the ingredients for us, as it can be challenging to do so ourselves due to the limited space. Unfortunately, we were informed that this couldn't be accommodated, despite the fact that it would likely take only a minute to do. We truly enjoy your food & visit every two days, but this lack of flexibility was disappointing. If this request cannot be accommodated in the future, we may need to reconsider dining with you. J'adore ce restaurant! 😊 Les poké bowls sont absolument délicieux, surtout celui au saumon. Les portions sont généreuses & les prix sont raisonnables. J'y vais souvent après ma journée de travail & les employés sont toujours très sympathiques & souriants malgré l'heure tardive (22h). Ça paraît qu'ils ont la satisfaction de leur clientèle à coeur! 🥰
Très bon service & le poke dynamite poulet juste miammm! Super sociable & ils mon meme offer mon bubble tea je referait 30 min de route pour revenir ici si il le faut !
