Came at 1 am, so the food was prolly not fresh. It's nice that it's open till 3 am tho. The place was clean, the customer service was good, nothing out of the ordinary. I ordered a poke bowl, not the most delicious flavour wise but that's my opinion. I've had better poke bowls let's say…

Honnêtement, je ne suis pas toujours fan du mélange riz + salade dans les poké bowls, mais là… Poke Monster m'a convaincue ! 🙌 L'équilibre des saveurs était parfait, & le packaging est tellement cute qu'on a presque du mal à l'ouvrir 😄
La sauce signature Monstre épicée ? Un vrai coup de coeur 🔥
Je recommande chaudement & je reviendrai sans hésiter - nouvelle cliente fidèle, c'est officiel ! 😂❤?

Tried Poke Monster for the first time & decided to give a poke bowl a shot. I ordered the General Tao chicken bowl - the portion size was good, but unfortunately the flavor didn't live up to expectations. The chicken tasted more like plain fried chicken rather than having that classic General Tao flavor. There was also a lot of red mayo (or some kind of dressing), which made the whole bowl feel greasy & overpowering. Overall, the dish lacked flavor & balance.

On a positive note, the customer service was good. However, the food itself was disappointing, & I left feeling unsatisfied.

J'ai commandé du poulet Général pour mes enfants, ils ont vomi toute la nuit. Je suis retournée au resto pour le signaler & demander un remboursement. Le propriétaire a exigé un certificat médical 🧐. À plusieurs reprises, j'ai vu des employés porter des gants, mais malgré cela, ils encaissaient l'argent sans se laver les mains. Le poulet n'était pas frais & était cru !
