Tried Poke Monster for the first time & decided to give a poke bowl a shot. I ordered the General Tao chicken bowl - the portion size was good, but unfortunately the flavor didn't live up to expectations. The chicken tasted more like plain fried chicken rather than having that classic General Tao flavor. There was also a lot of red mayo (or some kind of dressing), which made the whole bowl feel greasy & overpowering. Overall, the dish lacked flavor & balance.

On a positive note, the customer service was good. However, the food itself was disappointing, & I left feeling unsatisfied.

The chicken bowl was perfect with fresh, flavorful toppings, was packed with taste & quality ingredients, Every bite & sip was a delight! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food.

As a new guy in the city i was delighted to fill my starving stomach with the delicious bowls here after a long solo drive from toronto.The staff there were really wholesome & the tidiness was top notch.I do recommend everyone to visit the place atleast once!Do try the ananas bubble tea.

Had a great meal! Poke tempura bowl with a monster tartare & spring roll. Absolutely delicious! The staff were so friendly it made our dining experience even better. I highly recommend this place!

J'adore ce restaurant! 😊 Les poké bowls sont absolument délicieux, surtout celui au saumon. Les portions sont généreuses & les prix sont raisonnables. J'y vais souvent après ma journée de travail & les employés sont toujours très sympathiques & souriants malgré l'heure tardive (22h). Ça paraît qu'ils ont la satisfaction de leur clientèle à coeur! 🥰

We ordered a tuna bowl & a monster bowl. Tuna bowl was mainly rice with green lettuce... They cut the tuna in tiny & thin cubes & they barely put any. We ask for the sauce on the side & it was all mixed with the tuna bowl. We also asked for spicy sauce for the monster bowl & we got none spicy sauce.

Second time buying portions were smaller than regular Salmon Entree & rice extra fit in The same small bowl together usually when I buy chicken entree it's in a square box this time the Cashier told me this is the same amount as the box.
