Franchement, excellente surprise. Les poké bowls sont super frais, les ingrédients sont de très grande qualité & on sent que tout est préparé avec soin. Les quantités sont vraiment généreuses, on ressort rassasié sans se sentir lourd. Les saveurs sont bien équilibrées & le poisson est impeccable.

Tried this poke bowl place & it was great . The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, & everything tasted really good. There were lots of options to customize the bowl that was to me in terms of poke like the grilled chicken they also had things like takoyaki which was great & the fish was high quality & flavorful. The staff were friendly & the place was clean & welcoming. Overall, a great spot for a nice poke bowl.
This place is my guilty pleasure, it's my go-to takeout place. Best poke bowl place in town, & it isnt ridiculously expensive unlike all their competitors. Absolutely love this place!!!
Best poke shop I've been too, the portions are really generous & delicious & the price is way better than then other places I've been too. The staff were really nice & friendly, especially Kristine who made the bowl. I RECOMMEND 12/10 place.

Ordered a Poke bowl on DoorDash for pickup. Got a notification that I was refunded some money because the tuna was not available. I called the store & they confirmed there was Tuna & it was a mistake. When I got to the store, they gave me my order & told me there was no seaweed salad or pineapple. When I asked why they didn't inform me of this on the phone, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Neither did they apologize or take responsibility for it. They just handed me the bag like I was supposed to just be okay with it. I hate to sound entitled but when you spend extra $ for ingredients its because those are important for the bowl… Had I known these ingredients weren't available I would have canceled my order. Also they ran out of these ingredients at 3 pm… I had to ask them for a form of replacement so I got 2 toppings on the side. Mango & edamame. They at least they corrected the situation to a degree.
The food:
Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best.
The Takoyaki were soggy, overly fried & the'island sauce' they have, should not replace Japanese Mayo, in my opinion. Use Kewpie & bonito flakes. It's much better & authentic.
The'baie du thon' bowl itself lacks flavour & quality of some ingredients. To start, the rice was slightly undercooked & just doesn't have the right chew. The sauce was okay & Tuna was good quality. However, there was no purple cabbage. The mango I received was virtually tasteless… Finally they added lettuce like it was a garnish. Maybe 4-5 tiny pieces of iceberg lettuce in there.
I also got egg rolls which were okay. Nothing special.
All in all this was a very disappointing experience since the service was not great & the food did not make up for it. & I paid 45$. I write this review in quite a critical manner for the owners as a source for internal improvements. I have had some of the best Poke in Canada & elsewhere. There is lots of competition & what will set you apart is quality, consistency & good service.
I order pretty regularly from Poke Island, & I usually love it but recently the salmon in the salmon poke bowl is super different. It is cut into much bigger pieces, instead of the smaller size that it was previously. The smaller size pieces were much better! I hope to keep ordering in the future when the salmon pieces are smaller.
I really like your bowls, however it's very disappointing when you're not consistent with your portions:((
Consistency in portions is important, atleast for me it is, especially when we're dishing out 20$
Tonight's bowl was exceptionally low on ingredients.. rice shouldn't be skimmed on. Please do better, cuz I would rly like to continue eating here.

Je suis allé sur place j'ai constaté un tout nouveau genre de restaurant de poké, les employés sont de vraies machines de guerre, préparant quatre & cinq Poké Bowl en même temps
Devant nous un présentoir rempli d'ingrédients frais avec beaucoup de roulement
Il y a l'élément de « customization » de votre poké qui est intéressant, on peut y ajouter quelque chose comme cinq ou six sauce différente au choix & on peut même en mettre plusieurs à la fois !
Au niveau de la nourriture, le saumon était mariné dans une délicieuse sauce asiatique
Les légumes étaient tous frais & croquants. Le riz était absolument délicieux
Un point important, la quantité de saumon sur le Poké etait tout à fait généreuse, C'est un GROS plus selon moi.
Je suis tombé souvent sur des restaurants de pokés avec des légumes, un peu fade, mou, saumon qui goûte bizarre & quantité chiche, là on est vraiment au Top du Poké Bowl
Ici tout y est, jusqu'à présent ma découverte, 2025. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner.
Bravo pour l'innovation je m'attendais pas à ça ! Solide resto & solide concept !

My family LOVES Poké Island! We've been ordering delivery for over a year & finally decided to visit in person. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish, super-friendly staff, a bright but cozy atmosphere, &, as always, the best Poke bowl in Montreal! My daughter & I are vegetarians & their'lil vegan chick'n' bowl makes us so happy! Plus you can order it as a side (Vegan Karaage) My husband & son aren't vegetarians & usually frown at vegetables but devour Poke Island dishes. Visit their location or get it delivered; we're always happy either way!
I recently visited Poke Island for a lunch date with my little cousin, & it turned out to be the perfect midday escape! After my trip to Honolulu earlier this year, I've been on the lookout for a great poke spot in Montreal-& I think I've found it! From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed by a warm, beachy atmosphere that makes you forget about the cold outside. The Hawaiian-inspired decor is charming, inviting, & undeniably Instagram-worthy, with soft, airy tones that create a calm & visually pleasing environment. The music playlist was a vibe, blending R&B & pop for a lively yet laid-back mood that had me singing along & adding to the whole experience. Whether you're dining in or opting for delivery via Uber Eats, Poke Island is a fantastic choice.

Now, let's talk about the food. I kicked things off with the shrimp tempura, & wow-crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The texture was on point, providing a satisfying crunch with every bite. This was definitely a standout appetizer. For those looking for vegetarian options, the vegan karaage appetizer is a must-try. It had a perfect balance of texture & flavor, & when paired with any of their sauces, it makes for a delicious, meat-free alternative.
For my main, I went with the Tropic Salmon Bowl. It came loaded with marinated salmon, sushi rice, teriyaki sauce, lettuce, purple cabbage, edamame, carrot, cucumber, avocado, green onions, fried onions, sesame seeds, tempura, nori, & a side of sesame sauce. This bowl was as colorful as it was flavorful. The salmon was incredibly fresh, & the portion was so generous that I couldn't finish it all-I ended up taking half home with me, making it a great choice for hearty appetites. I also tried the ube latte, a sweet & unique blend of coffee, ube syrup, milk, & coffee jelly. While it leaned a bit on the sweeter side (next time I'll ask for A little less syrup), the ube flavor paired with the chewy coffee jelly made for a delightful drink.
My cousin went with the General Tao Bowl, & she was pleased with her choice. The dish was packed with chicken, & the portion size offered excellent value for the price. However, she mentioned that a drizzle of sriracha or a spicier sauce would have elevated the dish, as she found the spicy mayo to be a bit too mild. She also tried the Taro Frappe & loved it for its perfectly balanced sweetness-a refreshing & flavorful drink.
All in all, Poke Island hits the mark in both flavor & ambiance. With a menu that caters to every preference & a vibrant, relaxed setting, it's the ideal spot to unwind. From the delicious food & refreshing drinks to the lively atmosphere, I'll definitely be back!
I'm ordering the Poke Bowl salmon almost everyday to the hospital where I work.
Usually there is a little bit of difference between the bowls which is normal…
Today my avocado was black & stinky, there was barely any sauce & Edamame was missing which is one of my favourite ingredient in the bowl. I really love your bowls but today's order was really not enjoyable…
I ordered poke bowl with grilled chicken. It was little boring in taste. The store didn't respect ingredients listed & the ones added by customer with extra fee. The bubble tea dragon fruit with popping mango pearls was good.
