Their chips & salsa/guacamole are perfect after a day of skiing. We love their chicken tacos & they havevdrink specials daily. The only shame is that they aren't busier because you need to walk around the corner to find them. Service has always been a pleasure. We have been there at least 10 times.
Very bland food & tacos you're better off going to Taco Bell honestly. Service was fine
Juste un gros WOW !! sur les jalapenos poppers un vrai délice & en plus les tacos bierra un régal . 😍😍
We ordered the veg tacos & the burratini. Unfortunately, I didn't really enjoy either dish. The burratini was $28, & honestly, it felt overpriced for the portion size we received. It seemed like we might be paying more because it's a famous tourist destination.
That said, the service was great & the overall vibe of the place was really nice. The atmosphere definitely stands out - I just wish the food had matched the experience.
Loved it. Vegetariano tacos were fantastic along with the wine & tequila options. Service was on point & friendly.
We had a really disappointing dinner, which was a surprise considering they feel justified to take credit card deposits for reservations. Food was horrible. Nachos were a plate of strange, deep-fried chips that didn't taste at all like a tortilla chip, but okay. The only toppings were cheese, a handful of black beans, & a handful of pickled jalapenos. They were cold, & the cheese wasn't melted, which was obvious because it looked like shredded cheese straight from the bag. A small side of salsa was provided, & we asked for sour cream, which they charged us for! Chicken fajitas were underwhelming - lacking flavor & heat. Kids got quesadillas, which we added chicken to for an up charge which was expected. $15 for the quesadilla, $6 for the chicken, & $4 for sides of salsa & sour cream. So our kids got $25 quesadillas which they barely touched. We also ordered fish tacos: came with fish, iceberg lettuce, & chopped cucumbers on flour tortillas. That's it. Spicy margaritas were not spicy.
Service was fine until we mentioned the nachos & the fact they charged for sour cream. Presented our surprise as feedback for the restaurant, not an indictment on the server, yet she became defensive instantly & replied with multiple variations of'I just work here, I don't make the decisions.'
The prices were absurd for the quality of food. Felt like they weren't even trying. Doubt this place will be around next year.
food was so good, especially the fish tacos & the chips & dips. staff was welcoming & so nice. really recommend this place if you're in tremblant!!
Just discovered Poco Loco. Too often in Tremblant we have found that food was overpriced & mediocre at best. Poco Loco was a nice surprise. We had the biria tacos & they were very good. Are they as good as what you could eat in Mexico, well they were fairly close. If you haven't checked the restaurant out yet then put it on your list.
THIS SHIT WAS SO GOOD!!!! i got the chicken taco with fries & a drink & i left nothing else on my plate. the girls were soooo nice & the atmosphere was pleasant & clean as heckkkkk! 10/10 would recommend im coming again! (i rhymed😇) ps keep playing bad bunnyyyyy :)
Food was great, probably the best I've had in the Mont-Tremblant village! The menu doesn't say it but all the tacos come with 2 large tacos, aside from the Birria tacos which come with 4. So with that pricing isn't terrible as you don't need to order multiple tacos to fill you up. Only complaint was that the service was a little slow, but otherwise will gladly be back!
Absolutely loved it. Had the fried shrimp tacos. 🍤
The recipe really is greater than the sum of its parts.
Also got to try hot sauces, they have some very spicy ones
Ambience was nice & the service was really good & fast.
A Mexican restaurant with Mexican food & that's about it. The AC was on but still warm in the restaurant. Just one waiter was serving the 5 tables that were taken. They gave hot sauce that was basically empty. Had to ask a second time for things missing from our order. Was hoping the place overall would have been more fun & better vibe. Only 2 tacos per order but decent size
Dont order the fish tacos. Extremely over cooked & over priced for the amount of protein on the plate. We complained & the server said that they were doing their best. Really? He did not discount or comp the fish tacos, which were inedible. Birria tacos were much better & worth the price - you get 4 tacos. The super nachos were soggy, cold, & over priced. A huge mound of chips with minimal toppings if any, in between all the layers of the chips.
Oh - no bottled beer nor any draft beer available with no explanation except that the place was left on a mess, the night before. Hmmmm.
Both the food & service are excellent! Delicious tacos & amazing fries. Highly recommend!
We took 5 different tacos (didn't take a picture of the lobster one because it came out later than the rest) & only the birria & the ground beef was good.
We were quite disappointed with the food. Drinks were good though.
Poco Loco? More like Poco Lame-o. We were pumped to get our Mexican fix during our ski trip to Tremblant, but it ended up being a major'meh' moment. Lily, our waitress, was an absolute sweetheart - she was the real MVP here. But the food? Not so much.
We kicked things off with chips, salsa, & guac, & honestly, it felt like we were snacking on grocery store Tostitos. Like, no one told us we signed up for a Mexican food'imitation kit.' Major letdown. I ordered the birria tacos, which were... fine. Just fine. I've had better tacos from a food cart, honestly. My husband went for the chicharrón dish, & it was solid, but let's be real, it's hard to mess up fried pork.
Now, here's the kicker: my four-year-old ordered chicken with rice & beans, & it was so spicy that he nearly set his mouth on fire. The rice wasn't even Mexican rice. & the beans? Not even refried or charro. When we asked for the rice to be made less spicy & without veggies, the reply was,'It's already mixed in.' So, I guess that's a no-go.
For the price, I'd rather grab a taco from a food cart in a parking lot. Maybe next time, I'll just stick to après-ski poutine & forget this Mexican food experiment in the middle of the mountains.
This was an underwhelming experience. The cocktails were delicious & well balanced..Unfortunately the waitress made one of our guests self conscious, poking fun at him for not ordering an alcohol drink stating he was acting like an old man. Food was ok..The Birria tacos were dry, like they had been reheated, guacamole/salsa were bland, & stuffed pepper dish was good.
