Just popped into Pleantea, & wow, what a gem! The vibe is super cozy. I tried their Chai karak, & it was honestly one of the best I've - so perfectly spiced! ❤?❤?

So happy to have found a tea spot that's actually open late!! It's nearly impossible to find a tea place that serves late (understandably so). What's even more surprising is that the tea is GREAT!! We went late night (~8:30pm) & wanted something caffeine free. The server (super sweet girl) explained the caffeine free options so we ended up getting a cold'rare phoenix' & a hot'rooibos latte'. Both drinks were absolutely amazing!! We can't wait to go back again & try more drinks especially the caffeinated ones!!

I recently discovered this chai place, & I have to say, the chai Karak is absolutely delicious! The flavors are rich, perfectly spiced, & comforting. However, there's a noticeable difference when the owner is the one making it - it just tastes better, somehow. The employees are great, but there's room for improvement in keeping the consistency of the drinks, especially since the owner's version is so spot-on.
On a side note, the bathroom could use some attention. It wasn't as clean as it should be, which is a bit of a letdown considering how much care goes into the drinks. With a little more consistency in the chai & upkeep in the space, this place would be near perfect!

We tried the Saffron Karak & Karak Chai & we liked it a lot. The owner/staff are really nice & are more than happy to tell you their story. Overall a very nice place where we would like to go again & try more of their teas. Big plus: they make the tea blends from scratch & you can also customize your own tea which we found really cool!!

Oh so yummy!
Had the Thai Dragon with oat milk, it has cardamom & coconut in it. Delicious! Service is also very top notch. Will visit again :)

While visiting Montreal this past month, I happened to find this tea shop. This is exactly the type of place we were looking for after being out in the cold all day. It has a very relaxed vibe & has the perfect environment for catching up with friends. The guy that was working was also super nice! He explained the tea process to us & even talked about the steps as he was doing them. The tea was excellent & warmed us up. All in all, I had an amazing experience & was able to gain a beautiful memory from it. When I remember my visit to Montreal, I'll fondly think about the few hours I spent in this shop with my friends

10/01/25: this place was recommended by a friend, we were 6 & it was one of the most incredible tea experiences we agreed that we had, the lady was very welcoming & warm, sweet & made for us one of the best tea's some of us ever had. The customer service was 100/10. Would definitely urge you to try this place.

Had their Matcha Cookie. So rich & decadent! The nice strong matcha tea flavour balanced the sweet chocolate chunks. The cookie was hefty, lol. Very delicious.

I had really high expectations of the cookies as all the reviews were great, I went ahead & got the chocolate pistachio, kind of dry, no pistachio cream inside… Quite disappointed. On the other hand the chai Karak was really good, as well as the black velvet.
