A must visit for any tea lover. The atmosphere is peaceful, & the staff (shoutout to Chloe) is incredibly helpful & friendly.

The owner claimed that everything was prepared from scratch, but the paratha was clearly a frozen one with labneh & olives simply added on top. That was quite disappointing.

Additionally, the karak chai tasted very similar to regular Indian masala tea, so I'm not sure why it was labeled as'karak chai.'

Moreover, the Mâcha Strawberry was full of ice cubes.

Unfortunately, the owner also came across as arrogant & could benefit from improving his customer service skills. I believe being honest about the food & treating customers with respect would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Service of female barista on Tuesday 6/9 around 10pm is unacceptable. When I asked for water at 28degrees outside, at least have courtesy to give cold or lukewarm water. She gave me warm, almost hot water, then when I asked for cold water, she got annoyed. There was no other customer waiting for drink. Have a courtesy.

INCROYABLE !!!!!!! Delicious drinks & the owner is super sweet! Very talented man who engineered all the drinks.
