Visite dans le cadre de Montréal à table. Service sympathique. Malheureusement, le poisson était trop cuit. Endroit tellement bruyant qu'il fallait se réfugier aux toilettes pour avoir un peu de répit. Nous n'y retournerons pas.
Très bonne option relativement tranquille & bien située dans un quartier où il y a beaucoup trop de tape-à-l'oeil & pas assez de qualité.
Le veau est succulent, & les proprios sont très sympathiques. La cuisine corse est aussi une variante intéressante comparée à tous ces bistrots qui tapissent leur menus avec des tartares & des bavettes.
Par contre, je suis un peu dubitatif devant le très grand nombre de commentaires 5/5 presque tous écrits par des gens qui n'ont qu'un seul commentaire à leur actif sur ce site. Ça ressemble à une opération de marketing un peu douteuse. En plus, à trop en faire on se tire dans le pied puisque tous ces 5/5 créent des attentes démesurées pour un petit resto pas si gastronomique.

When looking for a location where our High School reunion would take place I came across restaurant Plein Sud. For groups larger than 20 people (max 40), you have access to your own private section. In our case, we were close to 40. I dropped by one day to have a good look at the place & to explain our needs. William & Dominique – the owners were very good at answering my questions & offered me different options for the group menu. I came out of there thinking this was the place.
Last evening was the big day & I was really impressed by the service that William offered. With the aid of a helper, William was able to serve us a 4 course dinner plus drinks in a way that was almost magical considering there was a spot where people would often stand to talk, therefore blocking his access to one of the table.
A few people mentioned to me the food was amazing & I have to agree with them. I believe that Plein Sud made my High School reunion a big success.
Un amour de petit resto/bistro à la française pour découvrir la cuisine de l'Île de beauté ! Bouffe & service de première, le tout dans une ambiance décontractée & bon enfant. Une bonne adresse à recommander chaudement. CJ
We were greeted by a very nice waiter who I think is also the owner. He explained the menu to us & checked on us a couple of times during our dinner. It was nice that he seemed to be paying attention to us but without getting in the way or being pushy. We asked him for our drinks as soon as we arrived, & then he gave us plenty of time to talk & just be there before taking our order. We also had time after we finished before he came with the bill. However, it didn't feel like we were waiting a long time, we were enjoying it without being rushed.
The food was absolutely delicious. I would've added more alcohol to our drinks but it wasn't bad. Very recommendable.

au restaurant Plein Sud. J'ai adoré cette expérience, service excellent, & le choix de repas a comblé tous mes amis .& que dire de l'ambiance chaleureuse. Cerise sur le sundae, nourriture & vin d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Je suis tombée sous le charme & j'y retournerais avec mon amoureux.
