Lovely experience at Sofia in Laval! The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful & welcoming, & everything was clean with great presentation. The platters were a bit small in portion size, but the food was very tasty & full of flavor. Overall, a nice place to enjoy a nice meal!
We had a wonderful family dinner here with our kids. The food was fresh, authentic, & full of flavor-real Italian food. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & the service was friendly & attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meal, & we look forward to coming back.

J'ai contacté le restaurant récemment & je n'ai jamais vu un service à la clientèle aussi mauvais. Le propriétaire en soit, Giorgio, a été vraiment arrogant du début à la fin. Je comprends maintenant pourquoi il y a parfois de la place alors que d'autres restaurants sont pleins.
Le pire, c'est qu'il m'a raccroché le téléphone au nez. Sérieusement, je n'en revenais pas.
Je fréquentais cet endroit depuis un certain temps & je le recommandais même à mon entourage. Après cette expérience, je comprends mieux pourquoi certains clients choisissent d'aller ailleurs.
Il est possible de refuser une demande ou d'expliquer une politique avec respect.. Après l'expérience que je viens d'avoir, c'est certain que je n'y retournerai plus & que je ne le recommanderai plus non plus.
Love, love love, 100% enjoyed the entire experience from the moment we were greeted at the door to the moment we were seated. Restaurant is easy to access with plenty of parking. The staff was warm friendly & very quick. The food came faster than we expected. The drinks were amazing. The quality of the meals was beyond expectations.The drinks were beautiful.I have nothing negative to say about this particular location.
My first visit during the weekend wasn't great , it was very loud & the server was rude. I decided to give it another chance on a weekday, & the experience was much better. The atmosphere was calmer, & our server, Roxanne, was very kind . The food was excellent, especially the cocktail & mocktail. The tiramisu was okay, but nothing special. I'd recommend going during the week for a better experience.

Voisines(3) vraiment très criardes & exaltées, serveur ose pas rien dire & ne nous offre pas une autre place tranquille(on est 5), ne les avertit pas non-plus. Plus les clients entrent plus le son de la musique augmente, rien pour manger tranquille. Comme nous allions partir, un jeunot nous a apporté de l'eau. (?🤨)J'y retournerai pas C sûr!
