There was potential. Are managers reading these comments to try to correct the negative parts of peoples' experiences?

We were greeted politely, seated outdoors promptly as & given menus. A busboy came quickly too to pour water.

It took at least 15 minutes for the waiter to come take our drink /food orders.

Paperplane was tasty, sparking water served with lemon as requested. But no ice. No big deal.

Salad came out in decent time & was tasty.

It took quite some time before main dishes arrived. The pizza ok but slightly undercooked. the fettuccine fungi was tasty but lukewarm.

We wanted to make room for dessert & so we had leftovers to box. No one came in our section or tended to us for a good 30 minutes. By the time the waiter came we decided to forget about dessert & coffee as we were already annoyed with the wait time.

Finally paid the bill & left.

Disappointing visit.

The space os literally so cute & the atmosphere is amazing !! Such romantic & calm !!!
We loved the margherita pizza & the fettuciine !!!
Also best cezar salad ever …
On top of it the tiramissu is not to be missed , very delicious & everything comes fresh !!

Horrible dining experience!

Service is a fail!

Fritto Misto is a fail. Calamari & shrimps wet & undercooked. Dish served cold!

Polpo alla Griglia is a fail. Grilled octopus undercooked. Dish served cold!

Mac n Cheese is a fail. Reheated Mac n Cheese.

Scallopini ai funghi is a fail. Dish served cold!

Pizza Burrata is a fail. Pizza served cold & I am still waiting for waiter to bring me the spicy oil.

Poor service & poor quality of food!

Pizza mince comme feuille de carton & presque rien dessus & elle coule,
Voisines(3) vraiment très criardes & exaltées, serveur ose pas rien dire & ne nous offre pas une autre place tranquille(on est 5), ne les avertit pas non-plus. Plus les clients entrent plus le son de la musique augmente, rien pour manger tranquille. Comme nous allions partir, un jeunot nous a apporté de l'eau. (?🤨)J'y retournerai pas C sûr!

Trendy spot with a super chic, lively vibe-perfect for a night out or date. Food is good, i find pizza cold ( I asked them to make it warmer for me ) but it's really all about the ambiance. Definitely worth a visit! 🍸🍕

Went in with only an hour between ordering & having to go & it wasn't a problem for them. Pizza was amazing, so were the gnocchi dish we ordered. Good authentic Italian food. The service was great. Will go back for sure!

Première expérience pour nous au Sofia & honnêtement... Pour avoir travailler des années en restauration j'ai rarement vu un service aussi horrible....

Restaurant extrêmement bruyant.

Nous y sommes aller pour la St Valentin. D'abord on nous avise que la table nous est accordée pour 1:30
Après 30 minutes assis, personne n'est venu nous voir. Il a fallu que je fasse signe au responsable pour lui en aviser.
Le serveur a échapper un cocktail sur la fille de la table devant nous & mon conjoint en a reçu dans le dos. & je ne juges pas mais considérant l'erreur j'essayerais d'offrir un service A1, mais il est arrivé à notre table avec aucun sourire. A pris notre commande sans nous demander si on souhaitait quelque chose à boire..

Malgré tout la bouffe était bonne donc on a fait obstruction du service considérant la soirée très achalandé...

Mais le comble de tout 😂.... Il nous reste 2 pointes a notre pizza que nous demandons d'apportez. Rendu à la maison, on ouvre le sac & une seule pointe à été mise.... J'appelle à l'instant au restaurant... Aucune réponse donc je laisse un message sur le répondeur. Je n'ai jamais reçu de retour d'appel!!!

Une semaine plus tard, j'appelle en journée & tombe sur le responsable .. lui explique la situation & sa réponse a été OK Ben vous attendez à quoi de nous?

Gros gros zéro pour le service sur place & clairement aucune considération pour les clients.

Excellent service ! Ma première visite a l'Hotel Times & à la Pizzeria Sofia. Très bonne pizza!
