Première fois que je visite No.900 au quartier des spectacles, comparé à celui de Terrebonne, il manque quelque chose. Le service était long, nous avons dû interpeller un serveur au bout de 15 min d'attente. Une Moretti n'a jamais été livrée à notre table. La gestion des tables sur la terrasse laisse à désirer puisqu'une dame a été placée en extra sur la table voisine (elle était plus proche de moi que de sa famille). Sur une meilleure note, la table d'hôte est un très bon deal pour 20$. La pizza salami était bonne mais avec un total de 10 tranches de salami, mes amis qui ont commandé la même, ont eux 11, & l'autre même 12 tranches! La salade César banalement bonne aussi, un bel amuse bouche.

Ma copine a commandé la Mozzarella di buffala, voici ses mots sur le plat:
«J'ai été très déçu par l'émulsion de mozzarella accompagnée de tomates & de tapenade. En réalité, il n'y avait qu'une très petite quantité de mozzarella, noyée dans l'huile & recouverte de quelques quartiers de tomates. Le plat était fade & manquait clairement de saveur. Compte tenu du prix demandé, le rapport qualité-prix est particulièrement décevant.»
Serveurs bon délire, très agréable tout de même.

I'm used to the one in Verdun. It is leaps & bouds better there. The Ste-Catherine franchise seems to put salt everywhere without need. Someone from the top should go & give a talk to the chef. This is revoltingly & unnecessarily salty. The Margherita pizza is PERFECT the way I get it from the Verdun franchise.

Overall, I had a good experience at Pizza 900. The salami pizza was delicious although I wish there was more cheese & the crust was too soft. My partner also really enjoyed her meal. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food, making it a good value overall.

The service speed was decent, & our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. One thing that stood out, however, was being asked to show proof of my reservation email upon arrival. It seemed like the reservation could have been verified directly through the system instead.

My biggest disappointment was the spicy oil. It wasn't spicy at all, to the point that I had to ask for chili flakes. Interestingly, the table beside us did the same. With a little more heat, it would be a much better addition to the pizza experience.
