We chose Pizzeria NO. 900 to celebrate a friend's birthday, a special occasion for our group. While the food itself was a highlight, the overall experience was severely overshadowed by remarkably poor service.

The Good
The food: The pizzas were genuinely great-flavorful, well-prepared, & delicious.

The Bad
Service attitude: The staff acted as though they were doing us a favor rather than working. Waiters actively avoided eye contact & ignored our signals when we tried to get their attention.

Order mix-ups: Our pizzas arrived well before our drinks because our drink ticket was misplaced. While they apologized & brought the drinks later, it set a frustrating tone.

Disrespectful interactions: After cutting our birthday cake, a waiter made an unfunny mime joke about eating the cake with his hands when we ask for forks, intead of bringing us forks immediately. We had to wait another round just to get basic cutlery & napkins.

The Cake Policy & Logistics
They charge a $3 per person fee for bringing your own cake. They were transparent about this, actually over transparent-we were told on the phone when booking, reminded when we arrived with the cake, & reminded a third time when we finally asked for plates, what was very tiring.
After finishing our meal & singing happy birthday, we had to wait an extra 20 minutes just for a waiter to walk by so we could request the plates.

Verdict
The fantastic pizza isn't enough to make up for the subpar, dismissive service. Next time, we will definitely order takeout to enjoy the great food without having to tip staff who treat paying customers this way.

Très belle expérience ce soir chez Pizza 900! ✨

Un gros merci à notre serveur Mathieu pour son excellent service. Malgré l'achalandage, il a pris le temps de bien s'occuper de nous & de nous proposer quelques suggestions que nous avons vraiment appréciées.

Attentionné, rapide, souriant & très sympathique, il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre repas agréable. Merci Mathieu! 😊

Me & my two young daughters had an incredible experience here. We sat at the bar, which can be tough for young kids. The servers made it very easy. They were very talkative & kind with the girls. They also put a rush on our food without asking as it was supper time & kids were expiring. Just an awesome experience. Prices were very reasonable & quality of food was great.
