Pizzéria NO.900 - Fleury, Montréal: La Classe! La Grande Classe! I was there today Sunday March 24th around 6PM. Superb service from my young waitress (ponytail hair, tall blonde), an awesome young professional educated & superbly well trained, mais, attention....there was also a young man & another woman who were ALL, I repeat ALL, world class waitstaff, ALL doing superbly well the stuff that even some ambitious tables do not always get right...such as allowing you to taste your wines before selecting which one you can pick (do not take that one for granted at most pizza places, but on this visit, that classy gesture was there), always accomodating the customer, etc. I really felt the genuine effort to do well. Pizzéria NO.900, well, you are a chain, but damn, you just do things well, better than at some solo operations, damn well at your offshoot on Bleury... Ok, on a tout compris: vous faites les choses sérieusement. La classe, & c'est top sur toute la ligne. Quoi demander de plus? Lachez pas, vous êtes superbe (du beau travail de bout en bout). C'est vraiment beau de voir du monde travailler si bien avec passion, sans rien demander de plus. Sans rien s'attendre à quoique soit. Juste du coeur & l'envie de bien faire. Du TOP genuine & pas forcé. Bravo! & la pizza était superbe, en passant, comme quoi ...quand tout va bien, eh bien, tout va très bien. Ca ne blague vraiment pas par chez vous, sur la rue Fleury, hihihi! There was a time when even food critics were praising Pizzéria NO.900, & I was not getting it. But with such flawless experience as the one I just had at Pizzéria NO.900 on Fleury, I get it 1000%, hihihi. Wow. Impressed. Merci! Vous êtes capable d'être des magiciens. Cela a son pesant d'or. C'était un détour au harsard de la vie (j'étais dans votre coin par hasard), mais ca sera désormais un détour/ un passage obligé (fait avec coeur & un joli sourire. le sourire de ceux qui sont contents de retourner dans un endroit qu'ils aiment ) hahaha.
