Food. Inconsistent. Very good to below expectation. Not good value for the money.
Service. A consistent issue coming here multiple times. Slow & inattentive. Often received the order incorrectly. Not a very warm & welcoming style mostly cordial & mechanical. Lack of personality & feeling.
Atmosphere. This is where this restaurant sparkles, sadly this is only where it stands out. Great place for a date, if you don't care about the above.
So for me I look at going out to eat as a pleasure & a treat. The risk out going out is wasted time, money, & irritation & agitation of dissatisfaction & loss of time. This is why this place is a risky place to invest my time & money as you never know what type of experience you will have as noted with many other reviewers. The good reviews are likely genuine, the negative reviews are not fully represented because for most people when dissatisfied they just don't care to invest any further time & energy so they don't write about it & act by not eating at a restaurant again in the future & push back when asked to eat at the same place again - which is when they will explain their story. This fact is based on a study that discusses how customers react when they are & are not satisfied with a restaurant & what their behaviours are post visit.
It is for this reason that I feel it's important to inform potential clients the advance warning that if you're looking for a high probability of contentment or more, from this established - it's a coin toss at best. This to me makes this place one I would not return to yet again (after three times already). One time the had the audacity to serve a pizza where the crust was actually burned/charred all over. I could not believe my eyes when the server played it for me. I was astonished. I ended up testing just in case I was being overly picky & sadly myself & guest were blown away at eating a burned pizza. It was a little difficult to return but finally someone took responsibility for this & because the meal came so late we just decided to leave & eat at home. What a waste of an evening & baby sitting to boot.
Again, going out to eat at a higher priced & higher end restaurant is part food & part experience. The service matters as much as the food & at times a little more. The management here is poor. The systems & protocols are clearly lacking as with the training & continued training & monitoring of the staff. Management is also lacking in its real time interactions with clients in the restaurant. Good owners &/or managers will look at the tables & the people to monitor satisfaction
Levels & work to prevent an unhappy client. This is something placed like The Keg are quite proficient in & whenever they screw up the own it & make it better in the spot. There is a lot to learn from the keg as they know all about consistency & customer centric service. They are PRO ACTIVE as compared to here where the are REACTIVE.
All in all it's your money & your time. My opinion is that there are plenty of amazing restaurant in Montreal & surrounding areas, go elsewhere. Don't gamble with your valuable time & money as this is what is the car here.
Bottom line I will not return a 4th time.

Très bel endroit! Puis, une bonne ambiance. On y est allé en groupe, & nous étions sur l'étage d'en haut. On a été servis soigneusement & l'attente n'était pas trop longue. Cependant, la seule chose que j'ai moins aimés est les pizzas, lol. Elles étaient bonne mais pas incroyable 🤷🏾?♀? Je sais pas, il manque quelque chose. De plus, ayant demandé extra saucisses, je n'ai pas vraiment vu l'extra ahah. Pareillement pour une autre collègue. Aussi, il n'a pas été facile de trouver un parking. Hors cela, le reste était impeccable. Parfait endroit pour passer une belle soirée chill :)
Je vous écris aujourd'hui, non pas comme client, mais comme victime suite à mon voyage dans la grande ville.
Tous mes amis ont commandé la pizza saucisses italiennes douces. C'était la joie, la fête, une orgie gustative. Pendant ce temps-là, moi, j'ai voulu me prendre pour un gars du Plateau & j'ai commandé la Prosciutto.
Viandes bio de Charlevoix, huile d'olive extra vierge, grana padano, origan sicilien, fior di latte, tomates cerises, roquette... Ça sonnait comme une déclaration d'amour.
Mais voilà : Pas. De. Sauce. Tomate.
Je ne parle pas ici d'un léger manque. Non. Je parle d'un désert. Une sécheresse gustative. Une croûte aride. Une râpe à fromage farinée. Sèche comme notre offensive au Complexe Multi-Sports de Laval. J'y ai même versé les larmes de colère de Gamache sur ma pizza pour l'attendrir, sans succès.
Oui, c'est dans la section pizzas blanches. JE SAIS LIRE. Tout le monde a compris, mais pas moi. Ils m'ont humilié.
Vous auriez pu le mentionner clairement, il me semble. Parce que, voyez-vous, je ne lis pas vos menus comme un érudit italien. Je n'ai rien de Leonardo da Vinci.
Je propose que vous indiquiez non seulement les ingrédients présents, mais aussi ceux absents. C'est beau écrire ce qui est inclus, mais comment savoir ce qui n'est pas inclus. Me semble que c'est pas trop demandé.'Pas de sauce tomate'.
The waitress was friendly, but the service was slow on a Sunday. The pizza was good but inconsistent, sometimes it was well-garnished, & other times it had very little topping. This time, It felt like I was only eating the crust.

Vous avez envie d'une vrai pizza napolitaine à pâte mince avec un grand choix de garnitures typiquement italiennes, c'est la place .😋 Pour manger à la terrasse ou entre amis dans la salle aménagée pour un groupe, vous-y trouverez un ambiance & un service chaleureux..🤗
On y est allé le dimanche midi 21 septembre.
Pas beaucoup de monde. Délai pour recevoir nos pizzas, 1 heures.
Cependant, les pizzas étaient exceptionnels.
Leurs pizzas sont excellentes & les produits (huiles, condiments etc) sont de bonne qualité. J'apprécie la pâte à la farine de riz pour les gens intolérant au gluten.
