They started off well, but then they lowered the quality of the food & then raised their pizza prices by over 20% making them more expensive than the other restaurants in the area. They basically killed the only advantages they had over other restaurants - not too smart & extremely disappointing.
But the worse thing they did (which is potentially unsanitary & totally disgusting) is they took a pizza back 30 minutes after delivering it to us after they made a mistake with our order! They sent a pizza with the wrong toppings, & when we called, they said they would send the right one - no apology or anything. 30 minutes later, the driver delivered the correct pizza, & ASKED FOR THE OLD ONE BACK!! Now, we've had this pizza here for 30 minutes & could have done anything we wanted to it, no matter how disgusting! EVERY other restaurant on the planet would never have taken it back - they would leave it with the customer as a goodwill gesture. The way this was done tells me that they are so cheap, that some one else may end up getting our old'used' pizza for their dinner. Absolutely disgusting because if this is what they do with it, then what's to say that the next time I order from them, I don't get someone else''used' pizza!! Fortunately this will not be a problem for me as I will not take that risk & will not order from them again!
Possiblement la meilleure pizza sur la rive-sud ! Mais ils ont enlevé le rabais de 20% au comptoir en plus d'avoir augmenté leurs prix! Alors une medium all dressed qui coutait $16.55 avec les taxes coute maintenant $26.40, soit une augmentation de 60%!!! 😳 Je comprends que tout augmente partout mais 60% d'augmentation d'un seul coup, c'est vraiment exagéré. Il aurait fallu y aller plus graduellement. Il faudrait corriger cela pour donner une chance aux gens moins fortunés & au propriétaire qui verra surement ses ventes diminuer. Merci de porter une attention particulière sur cette situation.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai décidé de me faire plaisir avec une bonne pizza, & honnêtement… c'était une vraie réussite ! Dès la première bouchée, j'ai senti la différence : la pâte était parfaitement cuite, dorée à souhait, croustillante à l'extérieur & moelleuse à l'intérieur - exactement comme j'aime 😍 Le goût était équilibré, la texture parfaite, & chaque morceau donnait envie d'en reprendre encore & encore. Franchement, rien à redire, tout était au top ! Quand la pâte est aussi réussie, on sent tout de suite le savoir-faire derrière. Un vrai régal, simple mais tellement satisfaisant ❤?
On y va surtout pour l'ambiance. & le service est top. Ne vous attendez pas à une cuisine exceptionnelle mais les portions sont généreuse, & l'ambiance est chaleureuse
I was disappointed by their Poutine Pizza. For some reason, I thought it would be something completely new & fun to try but it ended up being a pizza with a side of poutine. I really don't know what I was expecting. The pizza itself was nice. I enjoyed the large amount of toppings & the thicker slices. The poutine on the other hand was a bit too soggy for me so it wasn't my favourite. Delivery is a factor for this so I would love to try their poutine in person one day. Although the spaghetti was a bit overcooked in my opinion, I really enjoyed the flavours of the sauce. There was a nice & balanced level of sweetness in their sauce which made the spaghetti so much more enjoyable. In terms of price, I feel like it's a bit more expensive than some other places that offer similar items & the portions are reasonable as well.
