I order at pizza bros in Kirkland almost every second week or more. Had a couple orders messed up before but this time I ordered a margarita Pizza & another pizza with basil as well. ($65.53) A margarita pizza is tomato sauce, cheese & BASIL. I usually add a few things like peppers & onions & on this particular order, I asked for extra basil. But a normal margarita without the basil is called tomato sauce & cheese. Long story short, the 2 pizzas arrived with no basil whatsoever, so I called them to clarify. The answer was'thanks for letting us know, have a good evening'. I asked if that was it? If I was going to get reimbursed? No big deal it's about $4.50 but its more for the fact that I didnt enjoy the tomato sauce & cheese pizza...Its all in the basil. SO, the guy told me'wait, I'll call you back' but he never did. Thats even more frustrating. I had Amir's owner himself deliver me a new meal because they had messed up my order & it took him 15 min to get to my door. This is what you dont see in 2025 anymore. Instead you pay for something you don't want & you get flushed like if it never happened. Pizza bros Kirkland, you dissapoint me & you have lost a steady customer.Voir plus
