This was my first time visiting a Salvatoré Pizza restaurant, & unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. I ordered a Roquette/Proscuitto pizza, assuming like in most restaurants that it would come fully prepared. Only afterward when opening the pizza did I learn that customers are expected to add their own condiments. Apparently, this is mentioned online, but there is no signage in the restaurant, no mention on the menu, & no explanation at the counter. Nothing indicated that this was a self-serve model.
As a first-time customer, I expected the staff to explain how it works, not to assume I already knew. Instead, one employee kept repeating,'It's on the internet,' in a condescending tone as if I was supposed to automatically know. Another staff member called the owner, who refused to offer any partial credit for the condiments. I wasn't asking for a full refund, just fairness.
If you want customers to return, you can't take for granted that everyone is familiar with your system. Better signage & respectful service would go a long way.Voir plus

We ordered on UberEats & the food never came. I tried to call to see if I could pick up the order & the girl was rude telling me to call Uber not understanding that I wanted to pick it up.Bad service overall.Voir plus

L'endroit semble propre à première vue. Pizza très très chaude mais graisseuse. Les pointes bien coupées comme demandé.
